step 2: install any kernel that's supported by NSTools from android market

I thought that Google used Interactive with "project butter" enhancements. However, when running stock, I checked an app and saw that it was running Ondemand instead of Interactive. Was this changed for the Nexus 4??
Someone must know this or at least verify what I'm seeing!

I believe most nexus devices come with a kernel that is on demand.
Here is a nice guide about governors http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2017715
I understand its asked million times, but I couldn't find a sticky so...
just got my nexus 4 but the screen looks washed out compared to my iphone 5, is there any fix for it? an app or a tweak?
Thanks
Flash Franco kernel and download his app.
You can use the recommend gamma settings which are great or tweak them to your liking.

For some reason I can never get lte on my phone even though there are other people saying there's T-Mobile lte in Plano tx, so what set up are you guys using to get it? Thanks

Only thing that matters is having a 33 radio or below with build prop change and a fusion fix. Kernel rom doesn't matter

In went with this ROM, unofficial CM nightly with LTE baked in....just flashed radio .33 and then this ROM, selected the proper APN from the list and set phone to late/gsm and have been fine for over a week, no other Fix's or anything.

What part of Plano you at? I'm not getting LTE in West Plano. However once I head farther west into Carrollton, LTE kicks on and it's freakin fast. 31 down 10 up.
I've been searching for an answer, but haven't had any luck. I'm running Omni on my N4 with ssLauncher. Long-pressing apps in Recents doesn't give me multi-window options. Do I need to enable it somehow? I'm also running Xposed with Gravity Box if that's pertinent.

Its not merged into the nightlies yet. You either need to build it yourself or find a build with it

Thanks. I wish I had the expertise to do that. I can wait. More curious about it than anything.

I was wondering if someone can tell me what the highest I can overclock my nexus 4. I'm using an kernel with max 1944 MHz and is it safe to clock any higher if there is a kernel that you can clock higher?
Nexus 5 experience and AK Kernel with xposed framework.
It differs per device. So you're going to have to figure it out for yourself.

Well I'm quite happy with ak kernel and 1944 MHz max. Just was wondering if anyone came across a kernel that can go higher.
