What is Supernova Infinity?
Infinity is a JS8 based ROM that gives you the same quality you are used to seeing from Team Phoenix. I am not going to try and sell the ROM to you by telling you it is the fastest, most stable and so on. If you try it, Great! If not, I can tell you you are missing out.​

You could but I have stopped doing that as many others have. The install script will take care of a decent wipe for you. Its really your call.

+1. I still flash to stock, but no longer master clear before new flashes. I'll use it if somethings goes REALLY wrong, but for the most part haven't bothered with MC for a while.

Is there a way to backup web favs so I don't have to manual reload them?

GB launcher by default. That's the only one I included to save some space.
The one in the Screen shot is ADW EX

I can honestly say this is the fastest and smallest in file size sense based rom that exists for the thunderbolt.
WARNING: THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE WITHIN THE GENRE OF ALREADY EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE. SINCE WE STRIPPED EVERY SENSE ELEMENT THAT WAS NON INTEGRAL TO BASIC FUNCTION THERE ARE A LOT OF "DEAD LINKS" OR BUTONWS THAT LEAD TO NOWHERE/FC's DONT WORRY, JUST IGNORE THEM. UPON INITAL FLASHING MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS UNPLUGGED DURING THE BOOTANIMATION PERIOD, DONT ASK WHY, WE DONT KNOW WHY IT CAUSES ISSUES BUT IT DOES. I've been using this for the past couple of hours now and I really like it. It is actually the first non-sense ROM I have ever used on my Thunderbolt.
So far, I've only had a few minor issues. The LauncherPro FB widget does not seem to work, it gives me some invalid key error. I am not used to the keyboard yet, but I installed the ICS keyboard from the Market but it doesn't seem to change when I enabled it in the settings. I love the Sense keyboard but I guess I might try SwiftKey that I got from the Market the other day.
But it is super smooth, and I scored 2738 in Quadrant.

Yeah this is uber fast

This rom is a great start, love the Beats Audio integration sounds excellent with my Beats Studio headphones. Too bad I can't shut off notifications in stock mms app I use Handcent and it sucks getting double notifications. I tried flashing the stock HTC mms app but then I was unable to send pictures. Big time bummer, so I'll stick to Liquid smooth 3.2 until the bugs get worked out.

Anyone get this to install properly in boot manager?

So if u flash the htc stock mms.apk, does mms work? This rom is way fast, just couldnt get mms to work.

Great Rom
As with all Liquid Roms this rom is great, fastest sense rom I've ever ran, it still runs a little slower than AOSP but it's barely noticable unless your really looking and it doesn't include a few AOSP bugs that linger. Amazing how close the whole rom feels to their AOSP rom, I don't mind most simple sense elements mms, browser, contacts, though I still hate htc's dialer, though I understand that's the most impossible item to remove from a sense rom.

try clearing the data from the myverizon app, that's helped me get myverizon app working again the few times I've had trouble with it in Sense, if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall, it's working for me on this rom.

Have cleared data and uninstalled reinstalled and this is my 3rd flash of this rom now in which i did full wipes. Not sure what could be wrong first nonsense ive used in which myverizon doesnt work someone help please

The addon says 2.4, but hasn't changed since then, so it will still work.

IF you dont like how the display is all Zoomed-out, this is how you fix it.
1. Open your favorite root browser.
2. Go to /system
3. open Build.prop in text EDITOR
4. Look for the line "ro.sf.lcd_density=182"
5. Delete 182 and replace it with 240
6. Save the edited build.prop
7. Reboot
If you want to return to the same veiw that is zoomed-out. replace ro.sf.lcd_density=240 with ro.sf.lcd_density=182

music player drains battery compared to the previous rom i used
Does the music player that comes with the rom drains battery compared to others? i noticed that when i used the music player earlier from 97%, it went down to 89% within an hour. or is the drain normal?

[venting] MIUI for Vibrant

I am a little saddened. I just learned that MIUI is no longer supporting the Vibrant. Of course we have some ports like WeUI but its not coming from MIUI themselves anymore See I have this bad habbit of needing to bounce around ROMS (can anyone relate or am i just weird?) and now I have learned that me first love is no longer available for me to bounce to? This is tragic. I suppose I cannot Blame MIUI because this is a legacy device, but the issue is I still don't have anything newer I want the GS3 but it costs a pretty penny. Anyways, all I wanted to do was vent and that is what I just did. Thanks for listening.

WEUI dropped support, too.
Use the Miui v4 by Jrongi.
Been running it for about2 months. Its amazingly fast

My fear is this. That gps won't work 720 video recording won't work and other core pieces of functionality won't work.

The GPS, well thats a hardware problem for most, so I can't say I know a perm. fix for it.
The 720 video recording is dependent on your Kernel. Devil kernel has this fixed, and if you flash SubZero, you'll get a add-on flashable fix that fixes this.
Pretty much everything works right now.

Just go with CM. Huge team supporting you and much better software.

Well I am on CM9 and 720 works with glitch kernel and my GPS works if I turn it on and reboot and then I get a good lock. Does this work on the MIUI you use ?

Well I am no amateur user. Name a ROM and I bet you i have used it. I am on CM9 now , but as amazing as this rom and dev is, it doesn't have the elegance if MIUI.

If you like and want miui 4.0, you just need to download the MIUI Scotland V4 for i9000, then change some files to make it work on your vibrant.

... Or like xriderx66 mentioned above, he (or anyone interested) could try Jrongi's Miui v4 port. It can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1552241. There's really no need to go through all the work of porting the i9000 version when Jrongi already has a well working port openly available.

That's always a hit and miss.
Some peoples GPS works, some doesn't.
I, personally, do not trust my phones GPS after it almost got me into a car accident once, So i went and bought a good GPS.
Just nandroid backup your CM9, and then try out MIUI. Try it for a day or two, (it takes a while to settle in) and test out GPS for yourself, and see if you want to go back to CM9. Easy as that. I move between MIUI, TouchwizICS, and AOKP throughout the day using nandroids

[BETA][ROM]Unity 0.0.1[BETA CLOSED]

Ok guys,i have created a new rom Unity 0.0.1,in beta stage and the first release,i need people to download and please give me feedback,i eventually will release this in the rom section,when i make sure its bug free or close anyway.I will add a few examples of what kind of bug report i would like:
1)Is there 4G?
2)Is there FFC,is the video/camera in color,does it tear?Does video record?
3)Does it connect to wifi connect?Does it disconnect after setting it?
4)Does all the tweaks work?
5)Do you get bootloops?
and etc,etc.
Also if you can,please take a logcat for me,thanks.
If you would like to test this beta release,post it on this thread and i will pm you the link,i will only use the first 5 that posts,make sure to post the bugs here.

Thanks guys and its well appreciated,i know things are slow around here now,the poor ole EVO is dying slowly,but we as devs are trying to keep it going for as long as possible.This of course is a private release,because its in beta stage,i will release this to the public,when im sure everything or just about everything works.​

Well guys this will take Diablo's customizations to a whole new level. He is no longer changing apk's and little stuff like that. He is learning how to change it on a source level. This can make the rom faster and cleaner than at an apk level plus more things can be added and changed easier. Cant wait to see what he has waiting for us. Keep up the good work and the more you work with source the easier it will get.

If I wouldn't have activated the old evo on my dad's number I'd give it a good run through.

So Far - after a day of testing:
1)Is there 4G? - YES
2)Is there FFC,is the video/camera in color,does it tear?Does video record? - There is FFC, all in color, no tearing that I notice, video recording works great

One thing I noticed is that there are three different Google Search Widgets to choose from.
This Rom is working great so far. This is my first time ever using ADW so I am getting used to it. I like the iSense music player... nice touch.Slide to lock lockscreen works good as well. ARE YOU SURE THIS IS A BETA?????

I havent had time to run it yet,im working 14 hours a day,so i jsut wanted someone to test this just to make sure,im adding more teaks and mods to it today and should have it posted on the rom section by tonite.Hows the kernel holding up soo far,im using savaged-zen kernel for this?

Now.. if only I could figure out how to get rid of the default google search bar on the top of each home screen!

Just go to settings--> Homescreen-->Actionbar Design--> Disable

Thank You! The "actionbar design" name threw me off.
So far, no issues at all with this Rom.

Will you be adding in the beats audio manager? I can really tell the difference without it.
