Hi,
I recently bought Idea Blade which is a chinese blade distributed by Idea and called Idea Blade. I saw that some other people have been able to use CWM successfully on this device but it looks like there is some difference in the device received by me and hence unable to use CWM on my device.
I have tried numerous versions of the recoveries on CWM and all have the same problem including latest ClockworkMod Recovery v5.0.2.0.
I have been able to capture the log and presenting it for your reference.

My device is surely rooted as I have been able to uninstall stock bloatwares by Idea. Also, superuser asks for my permissions whenever a new application is requesting root access. I have tried flashing recovery using fastboot too but with exactly the same result.
Some of the strange observations are:
1. When I try to cat /proc/mtd
dev: size erasesize name
It returns blank table.
When I try to do the same from normal boot, it shows me following correctly-
cat /proc/mtd
dev: size erasesize name
mtd0: 00500000 00020000 "recovery"
mtd1: 00500000 00020000 "boot"

mtd8: 00180000 00020000 "persist"
mtd9: 00f00000 00020000 "fota"
Does that mean, I won't be able to use CWM?
Also tried Amon's RA recovery with exactly same results.
Does that mean, ZTE has blocked something to cause this fate?
Your valuable comments and reply are eagerly awaited so that I can get started with custom ROMs on my device.
No reply even after hundered views?
Try pmming rapier07
He got CyanogenMod working on his idea blade which obviously means cwm worked for him

Ok at the min I see there is a minority that have a broken hd2 ie the usb connector busted, (damn crap micro usb) anyway I have managed to get magdlr and clk running on my phone without usb, you can just flash them like a normal rom in the boot-loader (tri-coloured screen) as most people may already know, the question is, is there a way to get cwm on the phone via magdlr without usb?? or is there a way to force your phone to boot the recovery image when using clk, that seems to be all we need for us folk to be able to have android running again decently, once on it seems we can sort the partitions out manually and install the rom via sd like cwm allows,
please any takers????
EDIT:
Ok so I flashed magdlr again and placed initrd.gz and zImage file on my sd card and booted my phone got to magdlr screen and wont boot from AD for obvious reason so i booted to sd CWM booted get the usual orange text your suppose to get with the various options to reboot, apply updates etc, but bleow that in grey text I get all this anyone shed any light ??

That is clockwork hunting for a cache partition on the nand.
I'm trying to flash original amazon ROM with TWRP. But I'm getting:
E:failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument)
E:Can't mount /sdcard/update.zip
Any ideas how to fix this?
UPDATE:
"E:failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument)" basically means that your sdcard is not formatted correctly.
I finally found the way to fix this.
Asus Zenfone 5 A500CG
TWRP 3.0.M2-0
Phone got bricked and now I'm completely at loss on how to fix this. I'm unable to flash ROMs via TWRP. I also tried sideloading via adb but it also doesn't work. The phone is completely empty but I still have access to recovery and bootloader.
Tried to flash this ROM and here is the complete log:

I don't include the log while trying to flash stock because it yields the same error.
