Hey guys!
I'm using the LPY Firmware without issues but thats not the question i asked myself if it is possible to port the camera app from the sgs3? Because the camera from the gs3 is very faster and has much more tweaks than the note's one! Has anyone an idea if this is possible?

If u are talking about 0 lag shutter... then its not possible because it depends on hardware not software

Is it possible to port the rom from sgs3 to the note?

thats nice
I don't see a good reason why not. Unless there is some sort of dedicated hardware for face recognition or it relies on 4cores to have a reasonable performance.

Unfortunaly in other forum a man who knows much about mobiles says no it doesnt go because the sensors are different. I hope some cracks can do it.

Hej guys,
I have a question about hardware hacking: is it possible to break open mij sggio and build and front camera in? I like.the.frontcam, but Gio.doesnt have one...
I hope you can help me!
Thx, byee

Its 50% possible, if you're able to program the front camera for the gio, and it also needs A LOT of engineering
*Derp*
İt would be good thing..

It would require some modding in the motherboard(soldering maybe?) and extensive programming.........plus if you were to try a custom rom you would need to modify it to make the camera work
Solution to memory leak is to limit background processes to 4 only, under settings/developer options. Watched it 24hrs, never reached 700mb!!!
But keep in mind to set it again after device reboots.
Yes but the sistem charges all the user apps always and drain the battery...this is not the solution. That option is weak hardware in economics smartphone. ...is not our case.

You might be right but constant use of over 750mb makes our note unusable. Other than that I havent noticed faster battery drain with limited apps.
I understand your point and this should be used as a temporary measure until someone comes with a better solution.

I agree with you. Is out a new leaked firmware lsd. Maybe fix this. Without a exynox code source release is not possible to fix memory leaks

Hi!
anyone knows if it is possible to change a TFT LCD with an AMOLED LCD?
For example, I have a xiaomi Mi One S with a terrible TFT Sharp LCD 4" (horrible visual angle).
If I would replace it with a samsung amoled 4" without change the digitizer.. is it possible?
Wich Prolbem can I have?
2: anyone know if the radio module (wifi and data) is a chip installed on motherboard or is a card connected to motherboard on HTC One S?
thank you so much for replies

check out samsung semi website, i believe it's a module on the motherboard
so.. I can't replace it, right?
An OLED is not LCD, LCDS are Liquid Crystal Displays, and OLED is Organic Light Emitting Display/diode

If u replace it, u still need drivers.

anything is possible, but it's highly improbable.

Hi everyone, 2years on XDA, first time writing! LOL...
Just installed Vertigo's PA 4.3 rom and my problem is speaker volume is so quiet, i can barely ear it when the phone is in my pocket or even on the table. Is there any mod or app i can install to make it louder? I'm not sure this will work on my rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2306701 ... Anyone knows? As I said it's the first time I write so i'm not allowed to ask in the thread in development section...
Thanks,

I'd suggest the moderate!
It's more than enough, really.
If you go higher your speaker may sound distorted plus you may damage it! :S
Waiting for your answer i installed botj. Moderate is really enuf! Thanks again for tour time and help!
