Wolfson Micro WM1811
http://www.wolfsonmicro.com/products/audio_hubs/WM1811/
100dB SNR Class W Headphone amp output, ReTune DSP, 3x digital interface.
Ultra low power standby, flexible, multi-button accessory detect.
Like WM8994 in Galaxy S / Nexus S, except:
1x stereo DAC instead of 2x.
2x 2W Speaker amp instead of 2x 1W
Smaller and probably cheaper, same sound quality expected.
Audio driver configuration & policy implementation based on TinyUCM (/etc/tinyucm.conf)
Probable subset of TinyHAL implementing codec configuration in config files instead of having everything hardcoded in ROM or kernel driver at compile time.
Native sampling rate: 44100 Hz. It means music played will be sent as-is to the DAC instead of being processed by a software up-sampling routine as it is on Galaxy Nexus or other devices with codecs accepting only 48000 Hz.
Confirmed Voodoo Sound capable
FM Radio:
Si4709 receiver, as in Galaxy S / Galaxy S II / Galaxy Note
Display:
Super AMOLED HD, Pentile matrix, 4.8”
Likely generation as Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Note display.
Resolution: 720x1280
Refresh rate: 60Hz
Default color mode: 32bit.
Real DPI as calculated by driver (need confirmation by measurements)
305dpi, physical width 60mm, physical height 106mm
MHL output controller: Samsung sii9234 (need confirmation about who really manufactures the chip, and if its Sil9234. Driver say Sii9234, might be a typo in driver?)

Nice info, is there any cpu temperature sensor support for this exynos quad?

Lovely! Thanks for this one!

Brilliant, thanks!
Now if we only knew what type of flash memory is used for each partition and what are the real-life r/w speeds for each?
Is it all based on same flash-memory type, or will we get the same kind of "out of oneNAND flash memory" fiascos we got with the original Galaxy S ?
Further, I wonder if anybody has info on the GPS chip? Samsung's own or SiRF Star? Is it simultaneous dual-mode GPS for both satellite networks (offering differential GLONASS + GPS for better accuracy)?

Brilliant Info and Thanks for all the Collected news .

great information thanks

Any news on the following:
1. GPS Chip mfg/model?
2. Flash memory types / sizes / OS hierarchy (ONEnand, NAND, etc)?

I think the display could be a later version than in the Nexus because red appears to have smaller LED's. But it's hard to tell. Could be down to the camera.

True! It has a greater sub-pixel density than the Galaxy Nexus.

Does anyone know if thus means there's an RGB notification light?
I've missed it since getting rid of nexus one

Yeah, it has a notification led.

Any news on :
Which GPS chip and which modes (differential GPS/GLONAS)?
What type of flash memory hierarchy (how much of each type)?
Inquiring minds want to know.

I think he's asking if it has an RGB LED, not just an LED.

My bad, yes it does. There is a video of it posted here in general.

Thanks. It's the same as in Galaxy Note then.
Let's hope the antenna is up to par!

are there any news about gpu clock?

AIPS 8227L Demo Audio setting problems

Good morning all,
I am new to this forum and neofite. I have a problem with my Android 9.1 2G RAM / 32G ROM car radio unit that I bought on the internet. It's a radio unit from China with unbranded.. I send a photo of my Android Unit setting of my radio. My problem is that I don't have the "fader-balance" icon in the upper right corner of the audio setting page. What should I do to fix my audio problem?

I think I got caught !!!! :crying::crying: Is it possible to have the correct Firmware to upgrade to Android 9.1 please. If yes, I would like to know how to do it.
Did you solve? I have the same problem. Radio is new.
Android 11.1
THERE IS NOT THE EQ/FADER ICONA.
I've installed a generic equalizer app but I can't control the fader and the sub channel. So I put the sub on an other rca sound exit...
Hi. I have got the same. No Equalizer for Radio. There is Equalizer for mp3 player ( App is called Music ), but not for FM radio app.
In Music app, I can change tones like bass and treble, but not balance or fader. I can change balance only on Car settings, but there is no option to change fader ( front and rear speakers ).
Is there any way we can add even simple Equalizer to FM radio App? Or is there another FM radio app with built-in Equalizer?
My radio is Hizpo from Hizpo Europe Store, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 8227L CPU, Android 11 ( may be fake ).
I am trying to ask Hizpo Europe Store about this, but for now I am getting default answers.

New aliexpress head unit, AUDI A6. COIKA VENDOR. 9" Android 12 MCU: Z35 QCM6125

Hello guys! Been searching the forum thin, and wasnt able to find anything.
Got this new android headunit installed. I have tried connecting with bluetooth, in android OS its turned off. I have accessed developer, and adb is gone.
Its build on top of android, with its own UI. And inside the ui, you can turn on bluetooth but in a restricted mode. You are not allowed to connect other BT devices than audio.
If i search for bluetooth in android it says null > connected devices > bluetooth. And I can swap the button but nothing happens.
I read inhere to some apps to check info. Almost "ALL" keeps crashing. I have a report and links for this item. Could be fun, if someone had any ideas to open this up.

hello, I have a coika 12.3", 8/128 gb. Overall, the tablet works quite well and is of good quality but I confirm the problems you have detected. I also add that with Android Auto connected in wireless mode, after a phone call the music or audio you were listening to on the car-tablet is restored and the system goes silent.
I also add that I haven't found a support site where you can download updates or report bugs like this one.
I'm getting frustrated that the device switches to its own call screen whenever I'm in a call. Even when I'm using Android Auto. Does anybody know how to disable this functionality?
I didnt use the call function. Just used bluetooth from car, and then the rest in this radio. I had a sound issue, so I have actually sent i back. And waiting for it to be fixed. Its in the mail now.
