Hi all,
i would like to ask about have any Android Rom for HD2 ???
If using winmo to boot android i feel abit lag and not like real android.
Android ROM for HD2 is it possible for now or future??
please advice......
No, it's not possible yet. They still use WinMo to initialize some components.. more development is needed before it's possible.... but it is still real android. Windows Mobile is shut down completely and the linux kernel is booted to allow android to load.
android works at that status u said but its run abit slow. any ideas for that ??
It isn't slow for me. That's even on my 16 gig class 2. Try a faster sd card. Btw what build did you use

This is just a dream come true....
Android should have been native to the HD2 from the beginning! Depriving europe of a EVO 4G-like phone was a big mistake made by HTC and European providers.
Good thing that XDA has the best Dev's around!

I figured, but I did get excited for a second
Personally i prefer dual boot system.I like also wm and android and if htc wanted would give us officially this thing.China e-shops sell devices like diamond 2 clone with htc logo on it that runs wm and android with hardware a lot times lower than the hardware of hd2..I cant believe that htc has not the technology to give us a full working dual boot rom for hd2 ,but they are not going to do it....

It has nothing to do with technology or knowhow, it's all got to do with money and willing to see an opportunity and taking it!
HTC and the European providers missed out on this one.
Hey Guys i found way how to install ROM to HTC HD2 Leo. Im running Anroid 2.2 Cotulla.It become HTC Desire A8181 and i love it. here is the link so u can all check it out.

Well good to see the post count restriction working well in the Dev Forum (Tongue in cheek).
While I was surfing the internet aimlessly as usual , I thought to check gsmarena.com for the latest mobile news...etc
I found something interesting, In the CDMA Wildfire (AKA, Bee) I pressed the compare button and chose the normal GSM wildfire (buzz). In the android version the buzz was upgradable to android 2.2 froyo BUT THE BEE WAS UPGRADABLE TO 2.3 GINGERBREAD !!
Aren't they supposed to be the same phone but with different radios ?
A message to HTC: WTF ?!!!!!
Another thing, anyone knows what's the HTC sense version of the gingerbread bee ? Any RUUs available ? maybe it will be easier to port it from an almost similar device

these bees surprise me more and more. even though i am in the uk i am actually considering getting one of these just to f**k with it and see what it can really do. maybe even be able to port a recovery and cm7 to this device. cant be that hard surely. and ive seen the prices used on ebay for about £30 or so but they wont post outside the us :/ i am aware that the call/text functions wont work outside the us but the wifi would still work so maybe i could get this mysterious gingerbread update as well. thoughts?
oh, and ive only been able to find one ruu and i tore it to pieces only to find that its stock 2.2.1

Till yesterday i was saying "either he's a complete noob or an epic troll" .
Now I knew what he means, he had the Bee an he didn't know the difference between the Bee and the Buzz.
I'm in a quest for finding a gingerbread RUU for the bee. Will report if i find anything

SFM is already the base of our sense 2.1.
However the bee is probably not upgradable to gingerbread, look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1395647

the bee`s version is technically older as the buzz recieved more updates.
Hello, I spent the past couple of days trying to compile Slim ROM for the OnePlus One and I finally succeeded yesterday. I do not have the phone yet, so I'd like someone to test it prior to creating a development thread.
Download ROM
MD5 Checksum: 62b87e6a42045e51f707031ebbf624d5
All credits for the ROM go to the Slim team for their hard work on development. I simply spent a few hours adding OnePlus One specific stuff and fixing some issues that popped up along the way. For more info about the rom, check out their website: http://www.slimroms.net/

Why hello there . I have been pretty active with XDA during launches of new phones. I was apart of the fascinate and galaxy s 3 community for a while. But I am glad to say I just got my invite today to get a 64gig version Should have it in a few weeks, hopefully with cell service too, thank god my verizon contract is up.

I can tell you that there's a 99% chance it comes to the 820. I think that Desire 820 wasn't mentioned by HTC on the official update list only because it's still not officialy announced worldwide. And btw, even HTC wouldn't end the support thaat fast.

Some says it will be released 2015.1 to 2015.3.Just hope someone will give us a CM12 sooner

The new released HTC Desire 826 is running android 5.0 sense 6, but actually it seems the same with android 4.4.4 sense 6 in desire 820... Although ART mode is already applied in the new update version, it's not that attractive at all...
That's why I'm also really looking forward to the CM12 lollipop version on my desire 820, hope we can get it as soon as possible!:good:

As leak shedule there is no any phone which is getting lollipop as per shedule.
So its confirm no lollipop for this phone as per the behave of the htc release shedule
