Firstly , you encountered a soft brick. Use PCC , and click repair phone to get back to stock eclair. Then you have to root all over again. If PCC fails (it won't) use SEUS.
Secondly , CM9 is for NaA kernel. Read in the thread where you downloaded , it mentions only for NaA kernel. You have stock kernel until you have unlocked your bootloader. CM9 which you flashed is NOT for stock kernel.
Check the compatibility of the ROM with stock kernel before flashing a ROM.
The compatible kernels are usually mentioned in the first few posts of the thread. If not mentioned , ask about compatibility in the thread
Thirdly , you should have posted this in the "Q&A section" and NOT the "General Section". Take care next time please
ok!what is that PCC?sony ericsson program?and is so simple click and restore?

pcc is pc companion.
Software by Sony Ericsson.
Do not connect your phone.
Click on update phone/software.
It will not detect your phone (since it is not connected to the computer yet)
Then it will give a repair phone option.
Click on it , and it will guide you on how to connect your phone and restore back to 2.1

Here you'll learn how to flash anything you want and links to threads containing flashtool and basebands. But why would you flash older baseband, which doesn't support custom ROMs, is beyond me.

Hi,
I didn't find any other thread that deals with my problem so I have to start this one.
I have used my xpperia arc lt15i with CM10 and arc fusion kernel 3.5 for the last month without any problems.
But after last update to FXP 144 I flashed stock FXP kernel and rom. After that the CWM didn't work properly anymore.
I was able to flash the rom but after that I was not able to flash gapps or different apps through CWM.
I tried different combinations of kernels (FXP, lusion and lupus) and roms (FXP 141, 142, 144) all night but I was never able to flash anything but the rom. The log didn't display any errors but when I boot afterwards the flashed app or gapps don't appear in app drawer or app list in setings.
I hope there is somone who may help me
Regards.
So try flashig .587 firmware (all modules kernel baseband etc etc) then try flashing fxp144 throw fastboot (fastboot flash boot kernelname.img) ! Myne works flashed last night 2 times fxp144 without any problem

I did so and flashed kernel after that but i'm only a littl bit better.
Now i may install the fix from this post but nothing else works I tried flashing launcher and walkman form here but this didn't work properly.
It is really confusing

don't know maybe don't work on last build !
Now i will give it a last try. Downloading FXP 144 again because maybe download is damaged and again going through stock .587 i hope it'll finally work.
Thanks for your help btw even it only changed little things
Update:
this didn't work. I'm going back to .587 stock now because custom rom without working recovery is very bad.
But my question is now if it may be possible that something is broken in my device that this situation appeared? Or may it help to relock and unlock bootloader again? I'm new to this section so I don't now how all this stuff works.
Hope that somone has a solution.

Yes i did so but i tried with flashtool too. Only problem in flashing wih fastboot was that i was unable to clear the cache so i did it through CWM afterwards.
May this be a problem?
My problem is solved now. I am able to install zip files through CWM even if i have to try multiple times.
Thanks for your help and tips.

First of all keep calm.
You will need to use odin to get your phone working back.
See for docky 73's thread in dev section (sticky one). Download your regions firmware and flash with odin. You will get everything there. For how to flash with odin read second post in that thread carefully or read in deadly's guide in general section (it is also sticky)

You can any of those listed for your country/region.
Anything from outside should cause problems like data network not working etc.
You will need to flash csc of your region from odin again to fix that.

Your phone is working again?
If yes you can still flash custom kernel/rom and flash back to stock rom via odin anytime.

Guys i have flashed my arc s with many custom roms and i flashed basebands and kernels and all such stuffs.
I wanted to know now if i want to make my phone back to like it was out of box, should i just flash the firmware via flashtools?
Will everything be same like new? (Baseband, Kernel)
Wifi, 3g etc everything will be normal like before just by flashing a official generic rom (Not to flash baseband or kernel or so?)
Thank you

If your bootloader is locked, you can use Sony Update Service.
If bootloader is unlocked, you cannot use the Update Service, you would only have Flashtool left to flash a stock ROM on your phone.

But why you want to lock bootloader with Flashtool and recover with Sony Update Service when you can recover with Flashtool alone?
