What are the differences between these two?
I know they are both based on Android 2.3.7. Also, Which one of them is more stable?

Thank you! I was kinda getting confused with RC, Stable, and the nigthly versions.
Are they all the same or are they different from each other?

Nightlies - are updated VERY frequently and may contain a fair amount of bugs, but have the newest features, security patches, and will be the latest variant of Android. may be considers alphas
RC- Release Clients are less buggy, updated less frequently but will contain some newer features
Stables are the least buggy, updated every now and then and will not contain some features that some RCs, and most nightlies have.
Personally i use Nightlies and update every week and do not run into problems.
You should give Euroskank's CM7 Kang a shot. Or otherwise knows as "Gigglebread"

For features PAC Rom as it has cherry picked features from Paranoid Android, AOKP and Cyangenmod but for stability and keeping good audio then the roms based on the GE, I have the full conversion which runs great but Android Revelation Google Edition also works really well from experience.
"Best ROM" threads are not allowed, just try them yourself, it's the easiest way

I'm probably going to install this on my Nexus 5. Which build is the most stable and most functional? I'm asking because as of right now, it seems that the only builds avaliable are nightlies.

All KitKat builds are nightlies at this stage. No ETA on stable builds at this stage.

Would you happen to know if there's one that is the most stable? Or should I just flash the most recent?

Best to check the Hammerhead thread

05/06 has the least bugs from current nightlies
Please, what is the 4.0.4 rom that runs webtop and Lapdock?
I see many roms but always has some but something is missing, and I wonder what is the most complete and without bugs
Without bugs?? Nothing yet.
Webtop and/or Lapdock?? None CM based support it. Only Blur based rom can use it...

.....Yeah just stick with stock
We do not allow best ROM/Kernel threads. The question is subjective. Best advice is to head over to the development section try some out and see which best suits your needs.

What rom do you use?
If you want a clean ROM use RessurectionRemix, if you want a good looking ROM use the stock/S6 based ones!
CM11 by Rox. No wakelocks, perfect performance, stable with 2-3 minor bugs .
