Tmobile Leo mms

Hi all,
I can not for the life of me get mms msg sending working on this build. I can receive them, just can't send them. I copied the apn info from my v2 build in which it worked, still no dice. I tried all three apns listed on t-mobiles web site, still no dice. I seem to be at a lose.

Some versions of Android just do not send MMS messages. It seems to be a pretty common problem on the HD2 builds, though there are builds out there that support MMS. I would just look around and see if you can find one that you like.

When you do figure out which HD2 builds will support mms please make sure u post it on here. I also have the same problem.

V2 did, but this build is 100 times more stable, faster, and supports every other feature, so if it can't be done it is a small price........

Official Softbank Mail + emoji

Softbank has released it's 2.2 sms/mms client enabling emoji!
i have downloaded it and it's working fine so far! Unfortunately emoji only stays in the app and not the whole system..
Try searching "softbank" in market. Maybe other people will be able to see it outside of Japan.
For people in Japan: official [email protected] is supported!

Works good with x06ht rom but on custom roms it FCs a lot

download the mms.apk according to your rom.. remember to delete mms.odex if it's there!
this mms.apk includes iphone-like emoji

So I guess this is useless if you don't live in Japan?

I guess it may be usable if you get a Softbank rom.
I will post screen shots in a bit, I am flashing a new rom right now

Which ROM are you flashing? The original Softbank ROM? Or are you using a custom ROM?

the .apk works with the Softbank ROM update to 2.2 I put in the other thread. It was not working with 2 custom ROMs (Alex and Pays).

Nice! Just included it into my custom ROM. Based on Noonski N.S.A ROM.
Works nice and smooth.

Just an update....seems to work fine on sense HD RCMix v 0.7.

i can receive regular sms and mms if the sender sent it to my phone number.. but if the sender sent it to my **@softbank.ne.jp i would not be able to receive it..

Did you change the user agent?
Correct MMS settings in the APN?

Is there any way to extract the emojis from this app, and enable them in the whole system ?
If someone achieves this, he will be the messiah for all people playing storm8 MMOs.

if you want to use Emoji in the whole system, your phone needs to be rooted, i think,
because you have to change ".ttf" file in /system/fonts/ folder.

Google+ not working for Hero anymore?

All of a sudden I cannot access Google+ in the market. I flashed a new rom and now It won't let me download Google+. I even tried going through the browser link google provides. It just tells me that Google+ is not compatible with my phone.
I don't know why this just started happening, it was working fine before and I never had problems. It seems to be on every rom I'm trying, so far hero-deck and latest CM7 nightly.
Anyone else experiencing this or have any clue what I can try?

They blocked hero u have to change the opengles and maybe build name.

When the Google+ app was recently updated to v1.0.7, it is no longer listed as compatible with either the heroc or eris although it does work. Both the previous version and the new one can be sideloaded by downloading from here:

There's now a tiny refresh icon under each snote file.

Since this update im having network issues .it will say was error. Cant connect .have to turn wifi off and back on . This is happening on two note 10.1 tablets. So im sure its the update

-SVoice beefed up
-Voice unlock and (face &) voice commands from lock screen
-Another template in SNote for meetings
-Not sure if this is new, but you can clear (of data for more space quicker tablet w/o bloatware) disable the Google system apps, books, mags, movies, talk, +1) the works...
-Not new but connects to 5G network if you have dual band router.
-Tighter dropbox integration
So far that is what I have noticed and if you use Microsoft Exchange mail you can encrypt your outgoing mail. The new OTA did require a factory reset to run smoothly. I setup a new gmail account and put the old one in the combined mail client so I could use them both for those who want to use more than one gmail account and sign in to each one ar your own discretion.
Final note under developer options in setting you can check protect your SD card so apps have to get permission to access it.

I tried flashing the official rom back to my note 10.1 (8013) and after doing so the thing just seems to perpetually reboot and reboot. Any advise? Thanks a lot.

Email close after security update

Hi , I. Using you latest ROM on Samsung nexus s crespo, I am trying to set up an exchange email account which require a security update, however when I receive that update and try to activate it email close. Please help

Don't know if you're still waiting for an answer, but I found a solution:
I lately installed PAC-Rom 4.4.4 RC2 on my Xperia Arc S and the same error occurred - after setting up an exchange email account the original PAC email app isn't able to activate the forced security settings. Therefore email exchange isn't working.
Using the email app from latest LX CM11 20141006 solved the problem, now everything's fine and exchange email account is set up successfully.

I use the exchange mail app daily in PAC with no issues, please provide logs

Nice to hear that but unfortunately the last update available for my mobile crespo is 25/8 seems pacman discontinued support for my mobile

Which means your maintainer is MIA, until another steps up to take over, you will unfortunately not get this fixed ... unless you build it yourself.
