[APK] Samsung Live Wallpapers for your HTC Desire

Hi all, here are my findings for those who wish to add Samsung live wallpaper to their HTC Desire.. =)
I personally had tested it to be working on Pay87 latest v2.1 bravesoul rom and is working..
INSTALLATION STEPS:
u can copy these files you downloaded and save it to your HTC desire sd card.
once saved, you can install file manager like eg: astro, andexplorer, estrong from the android market. open the file manager look thru your sdcard for these files, and click on install? =)

FYI: I just realized this Dandelion wallpaper the amount of seeds attached to the flower infers the amount of % your battery has left.. try to see the amount of seeds it have on full charge, it looks really round full of seeds.. when it is low on bat you perhaps just see 1 or 2 seeds attached on the flower. lols..

looks great, but does it work on a froyo rom. when i try to open the zip, i only get the files inside, but the application doesnt install

I'm on defrost 2.0 and i'm using these wallpapers, so they work veyr welll on froyo roms
just need to install them using astro or something similar.

hmx.. weird... i tried it on the sense froyo rom but it works perfectly..

is this goood not my best but had some time from porting roms to my phone

Make sure to use the dropbox backup for your settings, so you don't have to set it up again. Saves s ton of time, also downloading the full install image and writing it to the sd card, takes about 5min to dl and write pop it in restore settings and your good.

[Q] video lags at muchmovies.org why ??

I just got the note 3 and it lags at my favorite site to stream movies. When I tried it with my mom iPhone it didnt. Is it just that website doesn't work for the note 3? Please help. Thanks

Come on people give me something why won't it stream the movie clear at muchmovies.org on my note 3 but it will on mu mom's iphone. I'm a noon to this so I don't know how to post or anything just give me some ideas please. Thanks

There are a few things I could have you try, if you were rooted. But since it seems you're not here are a couple of other things you can try.
Go to settings/storage. Click on cache data. Select ok to clear and restart your phone.

Also long press home, select task manager. Go to RAM tab, and clear memory.
Also, are you on the latest update? What browser are you using?

Thank you for your advice I'm going to try that and yes my phone is updated with the latest software. What is strange is that it doesn't lag on YouTube it's just seems to be there. But it makes me mad because it's a great site to stream new movies and it works fine on my mom's iphone. I am using Google Chrome when I go to try it. Thanks keep up with ttrying to help the new guy.

I'm using the stock browser and it worked fine on the movie I tried. Great quality, quick loading.

Flashlight app isn't lighting up the physical camera flash? See if it requires root access to do so, and consider rooting. Rooting = admin access on your phone basically, good to have if you don't care about warranty

Check in your widgets for "assistive light". It does what you want without any 3rd party apps.

Restart your phone. Mine did that and all it needed was a reboot.

[APP] HTC Gallery for Nexus 5

A month or so ago, HTC decided to go ahead like Google and release their apps to the Store. However they were only available for their devices. So today I decided to give an app a try and it worked! HTC Gallery worked!
Just remember! I didn't do any of this, I'm just sharing it here. The developer, @ziaulh.ch that ported this gets all the credit so go thank them - Original M8 Thread
I pulled the Gallery.apk out and uploaded it to Dropbox myself because he originally had made a .zip file with other files in it.

Porting isn't required. It's just the new, updated Gallery app that seems to work with Nexus (and possibly all) devices.
If you download the original file from the AP article here

You can use it without decompiling/editing/recompiling the app.

Just with the recent 9.0 update. Before, it wouldn't work on devices which didn't have Sense. For some reason with the updated app, still containing HTC Sense spinners and other res files works fine. I have absolutely no idea why.

Perfect
Working perfectly on 5.0.1 rooted stock rom. now i can disable ugly photos app and useless g+.
also i tested and it's working when i try to edit the photos right after take inside the camera app.
edit -- after i realise i can't play video files with this, i install the mxplayer from play store and now it's perfect again.

Try selecting two files for face fusion and u might loose interest in the app :sorry:

yea app crashes when you do that, but i still don't consider this issue as a deal breaker i think it's a minor bug. other features ( as i tried so far ) works properly.
don't forget that this app developped for the HTC devices and i admit i exaggerated a little bit :laugh:

I really liked the face smoothening thing will install it as a system app to see if the crash stops or not...

Can any one please help me My note 4 won't play 1440p resolution iv have downgraded back to stock youtube but still no luck still showing 720p and its really frustrating me a lot so please can someone help me out

Are you sure the videos you're trying to watch have the 1440p option available in the first place? Not a lot of videos do at the moment.

Can you link me to it so I can test it on my Note 4 too and get back to you? Because the videos I've tried give me the 1440p option. But bare in mind, you need to have a pretty good connection to be able to stream in such resolution.

Yes, I update YouTube every time there's an update on the Play Store.
Both of those videos you sent me play in 1440p just fine. It may just be your connection. YouTube won't stream in high quality unless it detects a high speed connection.

Well I have 152meg connection both of those videos play fine on my computer

I have same problem
And I have 140 mb fibre optic broadband I don't think it's related to internet speed

@ iridaki please could you tell me which version on youtube you got a screenshot would be great

Me too, so it's not that either.
I honestly have no idea, but I suspect it's a problem on Google's side, not the phone's.

Try tubemate. It gives every available resolution in every possible connection n device. BTW you can use 3rd party players with tubemate too which is a good thing if you use MX player. Download the tubemate apk. There's no playstore version. My YouTube doesn't even give more than 480p. It's just device oriented. It will not give you higher res than your phone's display res.

Sign out of youtube, in app manager, force stop youtube, clear cache and data. Sign in to youtube. You may need to fo it few time untill 1440 option become avaiable. Sometimes helps restarting phone before signing in to youtube.
