Hey,
I need the stock camera apk and camera tester apk.
(Make a backup with Root Uninstaller or something of the like.)
Or, just copy the camera apk and camera tester apk if you are on a deodexed ROM.
(I installed mur4ik's KDZ. I can't restore my 2.1 backup.)
Are you porting 2.1 Camera to SwiftDroid?? I think you need the lgcamera.apk too (no its not the lgcamera app, it's there in the stock ROM). Also you might need the ArcSoft dependencies found in 3rd_party/ArcSoft folder.

I know. I can extract the dependencies.
Camera and camera tester apk are in odexed forms. I need an deodexed copy(which is automatically done when u backup)
or you could make a nandroid backup, open it in the kitchen, and deodex?

Good idea above ^
If you go into the development forums look in the list of all Roms and you'll find 2.1 backups, do what the Guy above said

All apps in that zip are working except music.apk it's giving fc . Maybe you can do something about that or another 4x files

From my understanding the music app doesn't support the resolution of our device .it needs to be recompiled (resized) as per our screen resolution.
For me didn't force close but, the app shows an error while reading the sd card.
i have the same bug like you for music app
Hello again
You must have heard & maybe used SRS mod on our Optimus One, but might have backed off because of Bass distortion.
Well, this mod fixes it & works fantastic on our phone (tested on cm9).
Check the attachment for download.
Instructions-
1. Delete DSPManager.apk from system/app, libbundlewrapper.so & libcyanogen-dsp.so from system/lib/soundfx.
2. Boot to recovery, flash the zip.
3. Enjoy your music

Hi, actually i can't delete the DSPManager.apk from the app folder. I tried with ES FileManager and ROOT Explorer. RootExplorer says that that file is read-only...
Any idea how i can delete it?

In Root Explorer, press the mount r/w button on the top.
r/o = Read only, r/w = Read write.
Do tell whether it works or not
Great!
Yep, it is working. Thaaanks! :good:
The one thing I miss the most from stock is the camera app. What can I do to get it working on CM10? i.e. what framework files do I need to copy?
Hi. This is the Xperia X camera files extracted from latest X system dump.
This package will save you from looking at cluttered folders from system dump and size too.
Warning: This is raw files from X. Only for devs & modders who know what they are doing. This could result in bricked devices. Not for ordinary users

So raw files and not flashable zip !!

NO!
That is not a mod, just file to prepare a mod.
That is just for developers.
thanks. I'll try to compare with stock z3 MM. Will make a port app if I can.

Thanks for the files bro. It will help me to build my camera mod on Android m
.
Could someone tell me please how I can port this to my Xperia Z5 E6653 ? I am using SlimStock ROM 32.1.A.1.185 (MM 6.0)
People asking how to install. A experienced developer will have to implement these files into the camera apk. Once a nice person has done this hard work we will have a flash able zip.
any attempts porting Xperia X Camera?

the predictive AF is part of the camera apk, SliMM & MWA has only the libs and framework, in theory the apk can be ported, that said PureX Z3 v3.5 by @Rajeev have the Xperia X Camera port with object tracking so, it might have that as well.
Xperia X Camera port
You can find Xperia X camera port by @jjwrongjj in this post's attachment. Remove lib folder from "system/priv-app/SemcCameraUI-xxhdpi-release" and replace the apk with xperia x camera apk (it contains lib file in it). Set correct permission.
