I didn't see a thread for this yet so thanks to Whosdaman for getting us the FC09 full tar, I pulled out the modem for easy odin installation:

QBKing77 probably will add this to his modem list once he has a chance. But still thanks.

Hey guys...just to be sure..FC09 is the latest "official" sprint released modem. It isnt a leaked version like FB15 or whatever....right?

Re-flash KC1, make sure the package has the bootloaders too.
Probably want to change csc to BWA as well. Most of the kc1 roms out there are from Bell.
Is SaskTel offering you an early upgrade?

How can you trade the phone in?
Goto samfirmware.com for sasktel firmwares
Samfirmware doesn't state which carriers have which firmware...

Whoa plz let us in on the secret, how are you obtaining an early upgrade to the sgs 2?
I would try the jh2 éclair stock rom on samfirmware.com, with pit, then make sure your csc is right for sasktel and then either bring it right in or use kies to upgrade to kc3 gb rom.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much. They probably would accept a device with custom firmware.

That might be true, you could always try and leave if they won't. They'll reflash it anyhow.

Personally, I've taken multiple i9000m's back to Sasktel with various i9000 firmwares, albeit stock. Like in his case, it didn't include the "m" on the splash screen. I've never had any troubles. YMMV, however.
Hey im looking for the stock sprint gingerbread rom to odin. Im selling my epic and i just want it to work right so when i sell it there are no problems for the buyer to complain about.
thanks
Its in android development by toadlife there's an el30 stock odin package.

Yeah but then he will get the modem too.

And he'd have a legit claim if as it would be a brick due to their ota.
I had my N8013 using the German 4.1.1
Obviously, I wanted the US 4.1.2 update from today.
I spent hours with a $500 paper weight... hopefully this will help someone.
1. Download the Prerooted UEALH2 Firmware Package HERE
I know this includes everything [kernel], but my Note wouldn't boot up at all.
2. Gran the UEALH2 stock kernel HERE
Both PDA.
It worked for me... you can try it out, but don't blame me if something goes wrong.
Why cant you download ICS for 8013 from Samfirmware and then OTA to 4.1.2

Cause he wants root and SuperSU preserves it when upgrading in some cases?
Thank you. Do you just flash them in PDA one at a time after each other?

why would you downgrade when you can just flash using mobile odin?
I need the firmware to flash through mobile Odin. Has it been released?

Hey guys fast question.
On a N8013 I hit update and it says "Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they requested it. Try again later"
Does all that = BUSY?

Stuck on Android Screen
Tried following the OP. Got the Android with the Blue orb. Works quickly to 25% but just sits there. Can anyone help me out please before my battery dies?!
Does anyone have this? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thank you

It seems to only install via OTA update.
crawrj said:
There is some kind of write protection of security that locks the modem down. I have tried 100 different ways of installing the modem and can't. It looks like the official installs are the only ones that work. So right now the ota is the only way to get the modem. But I am sure we will get it figured out in time.

There are a few of us that did not update OTA and now when we have AMDB baseband. This is causing issues with newer ROMS. I know this is something that done talented folks here can do easily. I can't so please, you will earn my thanks and that of many others.
I admit we could ODIN back to stock AMDL but this would save a lot of hassle.
Thank you

There are no disadvantages to installing the AMDL OTA.
No, but it would be nice to have some flashable zip modems. The devs will eventually provide them.

Compared to flashing just the modem, it's two additional long steps.
