How about extract zip and using sin2img?? and flashing it through fastboot mode

fastboot flash boot kernel.sin

but it doesn't work..
only kernel and userdata works

could you try OTA survival mode to root 4.3? it's the best chance to root this firmware (just now)

No one said it will work on 534 for.sure.
The best way is - upgrade from rooted 257...
It must work and it must stayed rooted...
As we know, for know, 257 and 290 have same "exploit space" and there is no reason not to work...
One thing.I can't understand, why Kingo and 360 won't update their app?!
It's kinda hard to believe they can't or doesn't know how...
Also, ut would be very good, when you write post for OTA update, to post a link for your firmware.
That way will help everyone to download firmware and update via OTA...

Hi everybody!
I was inspired by this post, so I just put some lines together and created this page:

What it does is simply check against http://fuas.sonymobile.com and retrieve the latest firmware version for your Xperia mobile phone.
You have to insert your own customization id/number to check if there's a new firmware available for you.
This page can be bookmarked with your own model and custom number.
I've recently added a check routine for the Xperia Z1. Tell me if you like it.

Do you know how to find the original customization number? I'm probably on a different FTF than I started and I'd like to see if there's a new update for the actual customization from my phone. Thanks!

C6902 is HSPA+ while C6903 is LTE.
I need the IMEI of a C6902 (or at least the first 8 digits) and a valid customization number to check for the correct firmware.
Unfortunately I don't have a C6902 to check this out. You can give me these numbers to me via PM (if you trust me) and I'll add it to the list.

Hi,
I tried to flash to my Nexus 4, Google's official stock rom (KOT49H), by following this tutorial: http://www.android.gs/flash-android-4-4-kitkat-krt16o-stock-factory-image-for-google-nexus-4/
It seemed like everything worked fine, and when the installation had finished my device got re-booted. Since then, my Nexus is stucked on the boot logo (over 15 minutes). I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to fix it? Should I re-flash the stock ROM?
* My device is unlocked but I haven't rooted it.

Yes you should reflash the factory image that should solve your problem.

After re-flashing (I was following the tutorial mentioned above), my Nexus is still stucked at the boot logo

No, because CWM kept saying it failed to mount sdcard so I figured something doesn't work as well. That's why I tried to flash the stock rom - to get back to the original stock recovery mode. Is there any way to wipe this data via Android SDK platform-tools?
In toolkits it automatically asks you if you want to wipe data before the installation. Check them out you will find a toolkit here in xda i don't know the special name

then open google drive,and from menu choose SHARED WITH ME,u will find the new downloaded file, downloaded it from here to ur device
Deactivate your Gdrive app and then doenload again. Download will start from Browser as default and download without problem
