[Q] GB 602 baseband change - Droid X General

Hi,
I recently flashed my Droid X to GB 602 and then installed Liberty Rom. The problem is that the sbf'ing changed the baseband. I live in Mexico City and my phone is on Iusacell's network, I have the baseband .zip file but I can't get it to install with GB (no problem with FroYo using Bootstrap recovery). So, can anyone tell me how to install iusacell baseband on GB 602? Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

You most likey used rsdlite to sbf unfortunatly it does change your baseband or radio version during the process but you can locate the sbf file of where you were before the sbf and once again use rsdlite to revert back to your previous baseband next time use the linux method to sbf it will not change your baseband version

[Q] Do i need to flash new sbf to install wiui from stock?

Hey guys,
I have a red lens defy, completely stock.
Its running android version 2.2.2 and the kernel is 2.6.32.9
(I'm from New Zealand)
I was thinking of flashing wiui and it all makes sense to me except the part in the instructions that says:
-1. Flash 2.2 CEE ROM or Nordic
Does this mean I need to flash I different sbf? or does it not matter?
Many thanks, and apologies if this has already been blatantly answered.
Respect.
anybody have an idea? I dont wanna do it wrong haaha.
Not necessary. Your stock 2.2.2 should work with wiui without problem, so try and if you have problem then just flash the Nordic one.
Awesome, many thanks
Have a great day.

I can not upgrade to 2.3.6 Retail

I downloaded the sbf Brazil Retail 2.3.6: "4.5.2A-51_OLL-48_SIGNED_STABLE45LAOLYMPGBRETBR_P008_A022_M002_HWpd_Service1FF.sbf"
And when I upgrade in RSDLite says: "Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process.Phone[0000]: Phone is not compatible with multi-interface super-file. (0x703B); phone conected".
My phone is milestone 2 A953
Android Version: 2.3.4
System version: 64.1.22.A953.Retail.en.GB
Kernel version: [email protected] #1
I tried to downgrade using "downgrade_for_bl=3.sbf"
but without success
how do I upgrade to version 2.3.6 together?
sorry my english rs
You can try to flash this 2.3.6 BR Retail SBF:

After flash, do a full wipe in stock recovery.
Help!
I installed the 2.3.6 ROM's from VIVO, and can not seem to do neither root nor downgrade, and now, what should I do?

There's no way to root or downgrade for VIVO's rom, you just have to wait until there's a solution
MaX,i may be wrong but in the "And developers milestone 2 sbf" it says that this rom is rootable by Superoneclick.
Have you tried that?

No, the rom from Vivo (and from Personal Argentinian operator) can't be rooted yet. There's some discussion here:

Thanks MaxK47, it was very enlightening, i didn't know about the revisions in those sbf's.

That's not a Milestone 2 ROM, it's for a Droid 2, you must use the CM9 on MS2 Dev forum, not the one from the CyanogenMod page

[Q] Help with JJBL to KKBL

Hey guys, I've recently inherited a relatively unused xt907 vzw that I plan to use when travelling. It was still running ICS when I got hold of it. I'm currently unlocked and rooted and running the latest nightly build for jbbl. As it seems like support is ending for jjbl roms, I'd like to update the bootloader (but remain unlocked and rooted) so I can put lollipop on this phone. Having only used Samsung phones before, I'm a bit of a moto noob, so any help or advice would be appreciated.
I suspect I need to use RSD lite to flash the .10 baseband firmware, right? I'm aware of the issues with .15.
If it matters, my current baseband version is SM_BP_101032.021.32.80P
Thanks in advance.
Since your bootloader is unlocked - you can flash whichever firmware you want with RSDLite. If you want the KKBL, you will need to flash either the .10 or .15 Razr M KitKat firmware or even the .10 luge KitKat firmware - your choice.

Thanks a lot, ATTACK. Is there one in particular you'd reccommend (or reccommend avoiding)?

Flash the .10 Razr M firmware (KDA20.62-10.1).
Head here > http://forum.xda-developers.com/droid-razr-m/general/guide-faq-how-to-root-boot-unlock-t2869432
Thanks again, ATTACK, this worked great I've got CM12 up and running. I had to install a CM11 4.4 build before CM12 because of bootlooping (tried multiple recoveries and CM 12 nightlies).
So in case anyone else comes across this: KDA20.62-10.1->CM 11->CM 12. Works like a charm.
