I know cyanogen mod adds reboot to the power button but im not sure how you can add it to other roms. Sorry
I have been using an app called Quick Boot by Sirius Applications Ltd it is free in the market. It lets you do a reboot, boot into Recovery and Boot into Bootoader just by launching the app. small and simple.
yea i know about quick boo i have it too but just thot it was more convenient to already have it on the power button...
also i had other stuff like turning on hotspot and other options i cant remember...
This is an extended power menu on top of the stock deodexed KH3 framework files associated with the power menu.
Just flash it with clockwork mod and you're good to go.
I haven't seen it anywhere yet, so I thought I'd throw it out there.
Warning: will break aosp lock screen
As always I'm not responsible if it messes up your phone.

Much thanks. I've been anxiously awaiting this. It's so weird to hold power button and only have three options. Guess I'm spoiled

Thanks it was one of the pieces missing in kh3. Good job.
So when I install this I lose my aosp lock screen. Any way to have both?

hmm.. flashed it and it put back the glass lock instead of the aosp lock screen.. do you have a version that can have the aosp lock and your extended power menu? Or did I mess up?
I reflashed the aosp lock screen but it took away your power menu and I am back to the three options again..

Its just straight stock with an extended power menu so any other custom tweaks you have may get affected by this.
I was searching tutorial to mod power menu too and you save me haha
Now Stock KH3 has everything perfect!
Thank you

Blitz can throw this code into his MOD and make some folks happy
Curious if its possible to add the data network activation/deactivation option to this. That is what I use the extended menu for most of the time

I originally tried adding data mode toggle, but I couldn't get the code to work. Have to do more research on it. It was in KF1 (2.3.3) but was removed in KH3 (2.3.4).
Works with Fusion II but changes the battery icon to a vertical non percentage one!
Already states "stock" KH3 which means no percentage battery.
Try UOT kitchen to get another.

Not working for me, but did cause my phone to reboot. I Combined the following posted by In100 that works and it gives me the sound toggle, aosp lockscreen, fusion II battery and crt animation All in one. Can you mod this to work.

Which ROM did you try it on?
Just upgraded to Oodie MIUI 2.2.24 ROM.
Some of the issues i encountered, which are not mentioned in the main topic:
1. Torch button in toggles don't work.
2. Access Control in toggles causes FC
3. No 2x1 clock (Had in the earlier version)
4. Maps pop up again after reboot even if disabled earlier.
5. In the earlier version, sometimes the screen went off and clicking the power button didn't help. Had to opt for Volume Waker then. After the update, encountered it only once.
The ROM is super smooth, as said elegant and with lot of visual customizations which i like. So far the best I had.
These problems don't matter much but just thought of giving a feedback.
Can't post in the main topic, no thanks so far. WOuld be happy to get some
Thanks Oodie.

Hello,
I've noticed in several ICS roms that I have tried for the Fire that there are options to extend the power button menu with options for Home, back, etc. Is this a customization to the rom, is is part of a launcher, or is it an app? If it's one of the last two, could someone please tell me which? Thank you.
I am using this ICS ROM and I think it is part of ICS itself.
If you are using something like CM7 then maybe it's an app.
3Minit was pretty great. But development stopped and it was pulled from the app store. And I have neither the framework nor the corresponding settings app backed up anywhere to re-install. Honestly, cosmetics aren't a big deal to me, so I can perfectly well get by without most of those functions. But the one thing I care about is also the one thing I haven't found a fitting alternative for: changing button behavior.
To be clear, here is what I used to have my device doing:
Menu Long Press - Launch Colornote
Home Long Press - Screenshot
Home Double Tap - Recent Apps
Back Long Press - Kill app
Now, I know that there are xposed modules like wanamp that will let me restore my old settings to the back and home button. But I haven't found a solution that lets me alter what the menu button does too. I want to be able to launch Color Note from anywhere with a long press once again.
Solutions?
I also just formatted my hdd and have no backup of the framework..
I hope gary is coming back soon.
could anyone deliver a downloadlink in the meantime?
I would like to use the goldeneye 4.3 rom wit my I9505

Lemme know how it goes. BTW it's an Xposed Module, so you need to have Xposed framework installed first.
True what Joe said. But I have used it on sacs back on 4.3 and blu Kuban ROM.
