I have downloaded MAGLDR 1.13 and installed it but when i wait 10 min it says cant find the readme -_- and when I look in the MAGLDR 1.13 there is no freaking readme so how the hell can I instal this if it doens't contain a readme?
You are not going to get any help if you refer to this tool as crap. I suggest you edit your post very quickly before you get a kicking from others on here.
In terms of your query how are you trying to install MAGLDR? Map out the steps you are taking clearly here so we can see whatthe problem is.
Before you do that go back and read the MAGLDR thread carefully again to be sure you have not missed any steps.
WB
I did all of this.
1. Synch Phone with PC in Windows Mobile!!! It has to be connected to activesync or WMDC via USB cable
NOTE: As an alternative method to activesync you can restart your phone in Bootloader Mode, then connect the usb cable and wait until 'usb' appears in the bottom half of your phones screen
2. Browse to the folder you extracted your Magldr Package files to on your pc, right click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe and select Run as Administrator
3. Tick the box to confirm you are aware of the risks and select 'Next'
4. Tick the box to confirm you have followed the preperation steps and select 'Next'
* The program will now check the usb connection *
5. Select 'Update'
6. Verify the image you will flash (it should say 2.00.000.0) and Select 'Next'
7. Read the process list and Select 'Next'
8. Your phone will enter BootLoader Mode and the progress will goto 100%
9. Your phone will now Reboot. Congrats, you just flashed MAGLDR.
Number 8 yes it gos to Bootloader mode but then it goes error cause there is no readme?
You answered yourself,,,, step 1, the alternative,,, putting phone in bootloader manually and then running the .exe gets way better results than starting with winmo running
Also, no it doesn't need to connect to active sync/wmdc, that's a badly worded instruction. So long as it says USB in bootloader it is fine.
One more thing; once you have installed MAGLDR then you need to install a rom of your choice else MAGLDR will simply not go anywhere after it has booted up. Hope this helps.
Let us know how you get on.

MSM8994DownloadTool.exe Won't Work For Me
I need help.
My phone is stuck on the fastboot screen, meaning I can only Power if off and into Fastboot (using the Vol+ and Power buttons). Other than that, it does nothing. I cannot get into the OS at all, which means I can't enable USB debugging or anything. Fastboot recognizes my device, which is a OnePlus Two), but ADB won't, nor will my Windows 7 PC as a USB device. With that in mind, I followed all the steps in the posted guide. I get all the way to running the "MSM8994DownloadTool.exe" and nothing happens. Its as if the Recovery Tool doesn't even see my device. So, I'm really stuck and don't know what to do.
For clarity, here's exactly what I did (see below). I get all the way to Section B, Step 2 and that's where it breaks down. There's no different line, and no process ever runs, even after waiting 30 minutes. I ran the tool as Administrator, but still no luck. Can anyone help me? Just as additional info, my Mac also does not recognize my OPT as a USB device. Also, I tried my backup USB-C cable from the OEM, with the same results.
A. Install the Certificates followed by the Qualcomm drivers.
1. Restart your computer with Driver Signature Enforcement Disabled (Advanced Startup) Let me Google it For You
2. Open the folder "qc" and install the Test Certificate in the following Stores: Trusted Root, Trusted Publisher, Third-Party Root and Personal
3. Run the Qualcomm setup wizard (also located in the qc folder)
4. When completed, restart your PC again with Driver Signature Enforcement Disabled (Advanced Startup)
5. Turn off your phone and disconnect the USB cable from the phone.
6. Hold vol-up and plug in the USB(Do not press Power button). The screen will stay black but you will hear a sound from windows that a device is attached.
7. The driver should now automatically install. If not, go to device manager and right click "Unknown Device" and click "Update Driver" Search up the QC folder and press ok. The driver should now install. (Got the RELINK issue? Take a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1&postcount=46)
B. Flashing Process
1. Open the OnePlus2_14_A.11_151211 folder and open "MSM8994DownloadTool.exe"
2. Look if your phone is detected in the list. everything is Chinese but you will see one row with different chinese text from the rest within the list. If not, recheck if driver is detected in Device Manager (If not, go back to Step A - Line 4).
I think you have a bad download, try downloading it again and download the 3.0.2 version if you can.

I've bricked my op2 a while ago. I'm a real noob so I don't know if it will work but have you installed the adb mac drivers or try "fastboot continue" while in fastboot. Just don't give up and keep try. You have absolutely nothing to lose.

Thank you very much. I have the latest version, but still nothing. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my OPT wasn't being recognized as a USB device even before I screwed up. That leads me to believe my OPT USB is maybe not functional. ADB doesn't recognize it at, nor will the MP...DownloadTool.exe. I'm guessing it is just hard-bricked since I have no other way (besides USB) to interface with the device.

Try connecting your OPT to some other guys pc and see, it may be because of your pc's end that its not getting connected.
And if the same thing happens with a different pc then yeah your usb port or something is fried. Try going to service center if the same thing happens again.
Hi to everyone, I'm having bad time finding a solution to my problem, but for now nothing helped me.
I've CM 12.1 installed on my Note 3. Since I installed it to my phone, I've never be able to connect my phone to the computer.
When I click on settings-->storage-->usb computer connection, it says:
"USB is now disconnected".
This doesn't allow me to set the usb connection, and so my pc doesn't recognize my phone.
On my pc, it says: "Unknown device, code 43" (looks like it doesn't have drivers).
I've tried everything:
1) different cable, pc, usb connected directly to main board;
2) reboot phone;
3) all the steps about enabling and disabling developer option:
**********************************************************************************************
To see the USB computer connection options:
1. Developer>Disable USB debugging.
2. Reboot.
3. Connect to PC.
4. Settings>Storage, press the overflow button (three dots).
If that does not do it, then:
1. Disable developer options.
2. Reboot.
3. Connect to PC.
4. Settings>Storage, press the overflow button (three dots).
5. Re enable developer options. (About Phone>Build Number-6x)
**********************************************************************************************
But, apparently, nothing changed.
I want to solve this situation becasue I need to install stock firmware now.
Another problem is that I've tryed to install twrp recovery (using flashify), but this made my phone go in recovery bootloop, and so now, It seems I can't access no custom recovery.
If there is no solution to the problem above, at least help me to install the right twrp recovery (if compatible with cyanogen mod 12.1), so I can try a stock firmware flashing using it.
Thanks for answering, hope someone can help me.
Note: I've installed 12.1-20151120-NIGHTLY-hlte version, and, if I search update it says that there are some updates, but I cannot upgrade my system.
Have you installed the drivers on the PC ??
Usb cable is damaged or lack of driver on PC.

For fastboot
1. Switch of your device
2. Connect your charger either via power or computer, your choice
3. Don't start your device just let it show that the phone is charging in power off mode
4. When you saw the bettery animation of power off charging, press and hold power button+volume plus button together and release only power button when you see android boot logo
5. Keep holding your volume plus button until you see recovery menu
6. In recovery menu you will find reboot to bootloader, select the option and hit power button to get into bootloader
7. Now you can install Mena firmware from Rom thread post of the nokia 6.

Your phone is hard bricked It is not possible to repair it yourself. You must send the phone to the Nokia service. I had exactly the same problem. I was looking for a solution for a long time but I did not find it.
Today I received a repaired phone - under warranty.

I have China version (TA-1000). Same as you, I had all black screen. When i connet charger notification led notification LED was shining (for a strange green-red color). My Nokia was detected by PC as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E. I tried on a lot of ways to put it in mode Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 but without success.
