I've had that game installed for months now...? It's always worked for me, lol. Nonetheless, it's a great game... many people with apple products are jealous of the "graphics"

Lol really it just got put on the market I've been trying to buy it for months now unless you did the chainfire route which is no longer needed that is what I'm posting as its officially supported by ea not by downloading it then running chainfire if you have been able to download from market for months I don't know how.. lol but yes this game is awesome to bad we can't get others that ios has like battle feild and call of duty zombies... that would be great.

I'm not sure why contact ea if u bought it they will help but it will take 1-2 weeks for a reply..

If you want to use a ps3 controller, download sixaxis from the market. You can pair via bluetoothand map buttons to areas on the screen. It is great for games that don't want to support controllers. Not the best for dead space, since it wants you to rotate the tab and such, but great for 9mm, mc3, etc. It only works well with origional ps3 controllers, though.

Yes, it wasn't...but there was a cracked 1.1.37 version available that I installed, too....I must confess - just couldn't resist. Happily, now I'll be able to buy this game. Got to love it since its PC versions came out and it really deserves its money, especially if one's a horror-survivor genre fan!

Ahh well if u buy it! If developers would add demos i think that less people would steal but let's not talk to much about stealing cracked apps..
Sent from my HTC Inspire 4G using Tapatalk

Unfortunately the only way to test this game on A500 was to install this cracked version. I always buy the apps I'm using and I strongly encourage that people support the devs, especially when Android apps are not that expensive at all. I also have a collection of programs in "My apps", that I've bought and would never use again....but that's life, in't it
p.s. you have my "Thanks" definitely!

so thanks to this post bringing the game to my attention, I bought it, and beat it, was great fun! I read here, and in reviews people could not play in landscape mod (horizontal) I never had that problem on my Acer iconia a500 played fine in landscape mode. I just bought it the other day so maybe they fixed it, or the problem only happens on some devices.

old S2? lol... To be honest I think that 3D is a fad and another way to make us part with our hard earned gadget money.
I admit I am curious to see one in real life but won't be giving up my S2 anytime soon.
I am getting a LG 3D but won't get rid of the GS2, to be fair I saw a video on youtube a chap had took that has one and the 1080p was as good as this but had faster auto focus, there was also a 3D 720p video but you obviously need the 3d stuff to see that properly.
I played with one of the 3D phones over the weekend and I started to get a headache when looking at the screen after a while. I'm going to give the 3d thing a miss.
No way....dont like 3D and i dont trust LG.

So yeah, going to skip 3D until they implement it properly.
Maybe after 3 years might get it.

Seriously, was at the us over the weekend and played the HTC EVO 3D for a while. I have to admit it was awesome, the quality of the 3d pics and video it took is really good. The 3D gaming is brilliant too.
Didn't see the LG one tho so can't say much but am totally dig the whole 3D thingy.

Love my samsung. Even if they do release a new samsung (which they wont) by the end of this year, the developers wont jump ship when they just purchased the SGS2. I go where developers go

A bunch of us came from the G2X/O2X. After six months, LG can't fix the firmware and/or release a 2.3.X update. Devs found interesting things in their code. Debugging was left enabled, there's comments relating to "demo code," drivers were poorly written and some incomplete. And the G2X/O2X really aren't that advanced hardware wise other than having a dual-core SoC and HDMI. If they can't get a somewhat basic phone correct, why would you have any faith in them developing a 3D phone? Check out the O2X, G2X, and Revolution forums. LG should stick to TVs and washers and dryers. After my G2X experience I would use two cans and a string before I'd ever own another LG phone.

It's a bare face lie. Just because something says it can do that doesn't mean it will work or be practical
I know for a fact it wont work because the Xperia play is to weak of a device to do it natively you would have to use software decoding and cause major lag not to mention huge battery drain
In the end if you want TV out. buy a Droid X. the best smart phone ever made
(probably the strongest made ever)
it's reminiscent of a IBM magnesium case laptop
you can drive over them with a car and they still function

You're both wrong
Thats not a WiFi to HDMI Dongle. Its a mini Roku box. It only streams stuff from the Internet over WiFi. Like Netflix and Hulu, etc.
And Hogwarts, a long post about how another phone is better and to just use that is just about as useless as tits on a bull. If we wanted another phone we would have gotten one, but we like this phone because it has a game pad. We don't care about the Droid X or any other phone.

I think it defeats the purpose of being a mobile gaming phone if it is attached to a TV.
Droid x isnt better becuase it doesnt have a gamepad.

that is so not true. i use flash everyday on my phone with embedded youtube videos on sites, watch the euro on my phone thanks to flash support and a lot of other stuff. It's true that a lot of the bigger budget more mainstream site have converted to HTML5, but i find it absolutely revolting that when i'll need it, i wont be able to use flash. I really hope some devs cook something up for that.

Its not like its not going to work anymore. Its just no longer being supported or updated. Flash 11 is all we need for every website. Iphone users would give there left nut to have an apk that works. Even if it never gets updated. Maybe even both nuts.

Im not saying that its not outdated, i'm saying that a very large number of sites still use flash and our apk will work until the site goes to html 5. So it no longer getting updated is not a big deal. Its old news.
Now, If our flash apk simply doesnt work on jellybean, then you will have some upset folks.

Yup. I had a LOLApple moment a few days ago in a bagel place. My 4yo wanted to sit next to another ~4yo and his mom. After a few minutes, my 4yo asked if he could use my phone to play a game on the Nick Jr website. I gave him my phone. When the other 4yo saw this, he asked his mom to do the same with her iphone. Ruhtroh, Nick Jr is a flash site and so her iphone wouldn't load it.

I dont think so, i think hes doing them game by game at the moment.....not like traditional emulators, but you never know, maybe some point down the line, if its technically possible......which to me, its seems like all the ingredients are there.
From what i understand hes figured out a way to convert x86 ?binaries? on the fly [JIT], to something arm can understand, and bypassing some[all?] of the emulation and saving some of the processing power that normally gets used by that emulation. Is that a first for android emulation technique?i dont know
He gives a much better account of it on his blog
Alright for fans of ceasar 3, looks like the beta's now available on the playstore, bugs have already been reported and a new update is in the process of being pushed to the market, so hopefully that helps.

Good luck:good:
make RA2 Happen!!!
I played it some last night on my note. The S-pen makes it a lot easier to navigate through the menus in the game. The only thing I didn't like was the always touch the screen was a left click. I accidently destroyed some buildings because I had the shovel selected and built some in places I didn't want to since its a little hard to position exactly since it builds right away. But as far as performance I played for about 30 minutes and only used 5% battery and it ran perfect. No lag or slow downs. Loads up fast. You do have to put the games on built in sdcard since the program only seems to scan for games there and its not configurable.
still trying to get a hold of the game lol

5% in 30 minutes, thats impressive......thats a total average of 10 hours playtime, not to shabby........although i suspect different games will vary depending on how graphic intensive they are
Glad to hear it runs smoothly, saw one or two videos, and was wondering if the whole game played as smooth, glad to hear it does
How are the control widgets, are they implemented well

Nice find! Here's some other footage I found on it.
I've had my eye on these for a couple of weeks now. I have an iPhone 4, and I must say, for gaming it sucks. I also had a Novo 7 Elf and that was OKAY. But these JXD gamepads are really awesome looking. So I've decided I'm going to get myself one. Payday is in about 3 days, not including shipping time...
For as many threads of these JXD devices as we see, it's a shame there aren't as many reviews out there. They look really interesting, but I just don't know if I'd trust the manufacturing quality.
The HDMI out sold it for me until I realised there was no shoulder buttons know this device

There are shoulder buttons on the s7300. Ozzman posted the shop link correctly but his demo video is for the predecessor, the s7100, which doesn't have shoulder buttons.

Thank you for correcting me.... the video I linked was pulled from another site claiming it was the correct model, but you are correct. The model I listed does have shoulder buttons
I'm really interested in this. I'm just waiting til I top up my debit card again.
One question though: Most articles I've read say it's available for pre-order at $150 but all said articles point to WillGo which prices the device at $160+ excluding SD card. Why is that? $10+ dollars is something big.

$150 was the special pre-order price. You can still find it for $150 at other stores, but if you can afford it I'd go with the Willgoo link because they're quick to ship and offer very good after sales support.
got to get one of these, for that price anyway, shame there is no white in stock !
I received mine a couple of days ago. My honest impression of it so far is that it's an incredible piece of hardware trapped by ridiculously poor firmware coding. This thing has so much potential, but the mistakes that JXD made with the code are mind boggling. For example, the left analog and d-pad are distinct pieces of hardware, but they cannot be mapped independent of one another, and the right analog is mapped through the touch screen. And it appears that the display might be locked at 50Hz.
It would seriously benefit from the aid of some of xda CFW gurus, but the problem with that is, so far, JXD won't release the source code. A pair of users have actually made a good bit of progress improving things, tremendously so given that they're no experts and they don't have any source code to work with, over at http://boards.dingoonity.org/android-devices/jxd-s7300-fixes-firmware-roms-thread/ but it still needs more help. I would encourage anyone with the skills, time, and inclination to head over there and try to lend a hand. If people are successful in correcting JXD's mistakes, this tablet could actually be worth the price.
There is a recent review in Euro Gamer,

I'm definitely thinking about getting one of these..... but I have too many gadgets... ARG...
EDIT: I can't post links, so i trimmed the uri with tinyurl and posted

I bought this and I can't wait to try it out, and yes, I really do hope someone with skills desides to pick this up because it's always nice to have the support!
So, how's it been working for you? Just saw this last night and have been googling around for more info. I have a Nook Color right now that I use for reading, how well does this do on non-game related apps? I want to get something I can play games on and emulate with but I also don't want to have to carry two devices around all time so I'm hoping to be able to use this as my eBook reader, Web browser and media player too...
Also have you (or anyone else) tried using a microSD card larger than the listed 16GB?what were your results?

I received mine yesterday. The build quality is very pleasing for the price (£98 for me) although some have mentioned problems with soldering etc internally.
There are problems with the analog sticks but they look to be resolvable. On the Dingoonity boards a couple of developers have released a very good rom that fixes a lot of the typical problems with cheap chinese tablets such as bloatware, slowdown etc.
The main problem seems to be the screen running in 50hz mode which causes stuttering in some emulators. I have played using FPSE, Mupen64, Dead Trigger, NOVA3 and they all run really well, even though the mali drivers are apparently rather out of date.
I use a 32GB SD Card and all seems fine. It's just formatted to FAT.
I have high hopes for this having owned and been thoroughly disappointed with an Archos Gamepad.
I'm interested in buying one of these they have a lot of potential. But the tablet seems too pricey for me. Have any of you guys seen the JXD S3500 or Yinlips YGP13?

well, for people that are interested on this device, here is a custom rom for this.

To be honest it looks rather interesting, especially at that price. But after my parents once bought a chinese "iphone-like" tablet with some ancient software on it and i tried to update it, i am rather sceptikal about android products from china.
Still more interested into than a wiiu though.
