is $350 realistic for this?

I'm getting a second replacement evo from Sprint tomorrow, most likely with a new extended battery. I got an iPhone today. I cant stand the USB issues the evos seem to have. I'm including the 32GB class 10 Lexar card also for $350.

I would say $250.00 to somebody knowledgeable that there are some kick ass phones around the corner. To dumb brainless people, sounds on spot.

(another reason for the iPhone purchase is that AT&T has service where I work 2 days a week, sprint has meh roaming on Verizon towers

I saw an ebay auction and the evo 4g white went for like $1200 and this was just yesterday and did not include anything but the phone and charger...

Your price is good OP. I would sell it on Craigslist. Just make sure to meet in a public location and bring a friend.

I got rid of my EVO on fleabay for 299.99 I included a spare data cable, 16GB card and leather carry case. Had 3 day auction and sold with buy it now in 24 hrs.
CL is another great idea for a local sale. Definately meet in a public place and have a 2nd set of eyes, like the other posters have mentioned.

I would definitely go the ebay route. Somebody would pay good money for an off contract super-phone like the Evo, even though a new one is coming out fairly soon.

He bought an iPhone. He's going to sell his replacement Evo, I'm assuming most likely to recoup any ETF he's going to be charged and to offset cost of the iPhone. No wrong doing here at all.

Just sold mine for 380$ the other day on Craigslist, brand new in box. I cant understand why anyone would pay that much with the 3D right around the corner but hey, im 380$ richer!

Actually I'm not under contract with sprint and haven't been for almost a year. I got an early upgrade last go round and no contract extension.

I have called two sprint stores and went by my local sprint shop. All three of them had no clue as to what i was talking about. They all sent me to the same online web sign up for notifications. Just FYI

Word on the street the date is June 4 when the phone drops.

Already pre-ordered and was #1 at the store. They didn't even know the preorder process but they figured it out eventually.

+1. Got to see how locked down it is before I make the move. I have a lot of confidence in the XDA folks being able to hack it but if encryption is involved that is another story. Also strongly considering the Galaxy S2, but stil leaning to the 3D.

I went to the Sprint store by my job and they said they knew nothing about accepting preorders for the Evo 3D yet. I went to the Radio Shack by my job and asked them how many people had gone there to preorder it and they told me none. So I paid my $50 and reserved my spot in the front of the line.
I'll be getting it on release day without fail.

If anyone is in Miami and want to get it on it, it is the Radio Shack in downtown.

Pre-ordered mine today at Best Buy, no problem at all. Just waiting for the official launch now! If the bootloader is locked then I may wait and use the $50 gift card for something else.

I heard spring is doing instant rebates now but last year was awesome with the evo, they called me and set up an appointment for me to come in so they don't have a million people in the store at the same time. Was pretty happy with the experience there.

Is Negri a reputable website? I heard they open the seal to check if it has any issues before sending. Which kind of sucks for the people that need everything to be factory fresh and sealed.

I ordered a pebble blue from them and it was sealed. But it did have a factory Samsung American plug in it. I thought it was a very good transaction

If they had it for Expansys' price then allowed the coupon it might be worth a look. We have a few days so maybe the price will drop by then (hah!).

For anyone who cares I had about as good of an experience as I could have had with my purchase from Negri. Expansys.ca lists the phone for more than Negri, so for anyone in Canada who wants a Galaxy S3 I definitely recommend Negri.

I was looking through Expansys.ca. In all honesty, the white was never an option for me so I didn't bother researching the price of the white models. When Negri was the first company to get blue models in stock I jumped all over it.

Oh well, if I can't track down an international one for close to the Canadian price again I guess I will stick with the Rogers version.
Still not sold on the Qualcomm S4 though. I know people say it is close enough not to notice but then again, people also say the HTC One X is close but I disagree with that by a large margin.

The only reason I didn't wait for the Canadian model to be released is that I don't think development on XDA will be as good. Although, if the same model is released across North America development will be pretty solid. We'll see if I start kicking myself when the first reviews for the North American variant start pouring in next week.

OK, so I'm not sure how long this deal will stick around for, so if you want to take advantage, hurry on to AT&T.
I recently got my HTC One from AT&T, still during pre-order. I had signed up for the HTC deal where you could send in your old phone and get at least $100 back. Well my proof of purchase did not include the IMEI number, so I headed on over to AT&T and asked them to reprint the purchase order with the IMEI (which they did), then the rep told me that AT&T also has a trade-in program and that I could do it through them. I said "what the heck, give it a try and tell me how much I will get for one of my old phones (Samsung Galaxy Captivate)". He said $24 + $76 bonus on this new special program we are running, for an even $100 for my old Captivate. Sweeeeeeet! Went back the next day with my old captivate and wifes old captivate, rep told me $9, so I explained there's a new program and that the rep the previous day said it would come out to $100. Sure enough I got $100 for each of the phones for an even $200. The catch is you can only spend it at AT&T, so I applied it to my bill, it will stay there until the $200 runs out.

I went to AT&T last time to order one, but since my 2 year contract has not ended yet, I decided to pay full price. The manager told me no, he can't sell it to me full price because this is a hot phone and only available to people who sign a 2year deal. So I left and bought the dev edition on HTC website.

Actually the thing that makes this special is the 100 dollar minimum. They will buy a blackberry curve for 100 bucks. That's a hell of a deal. That's why they tried to offer him 9$ the first time. I think this is a thing directly from HTC not really just at&t.

Also, I don't believe this is an HTC thing. I was able to get $100 for my wife's old captivate and she didn't even get an upgrade.

I bought mine online a week ago. Do you think I could walk into a store with the receipt and do the same thing? It just seems easier than the HTC trade in (which I might also do anyway since I have a Captivate and an iPhone 3GS).

He's right dudes. I work at RadioShack as the assistant manager. You definitely can't even think about getting $100 for a captivate at the shack. I really would take advantage of this deal...pretty dang good to me. And I've been in the business for quite some time.

Personally, I ordered mine during the second batch on 11/5. To be honest, it was a long weeks' worth of stress and while a lot of others are experiencing that same stress, day by day we're getting closer to the Nexus 6.

I bought one of every Nexus item google showed off this year. So I know how you feel.

Was able to get an order in today for a 32GB blue. Still holding out for a 64, though, and if I can get one of those, I'll obviously cancel the 32. But not feeling too confident about that, given how quickly the 64s get snatched up, heh...
Anyway, my shipping estimate says 11/21. I can live with a 32, but obviously 64 would be nicer.

I got my order in today for a 32GB Blue, but really wanted a 64GB Blue.
My shipping date is 11/26 right now. I am hoping it will ship sooner, like the Nexus 5, but the nexus 5 I ordered on release day and it shipped the same day, so.... that is out. I just hope it ships well before the 26th.

November 11th or 12th is my guess.

Same here. My Player just shipped about 9 days early. If the 6 does the same thing then it'd ship on the 12th which is TMO's general availability day.

I figure my player is going to ship too. I got a notice this morning about my cc on the player having a problem processing. I actually just had that card replaced so I updated the card for the player order.

Local tax rates and shipping options will move that number around. Mines $709 with expedited shipping but if he has slightly higher tax that would be why.
