Yep, i remember that he said in the 1st post that v7 doesnt contain any particular custom kernel, it will boot up either in stock or other kernel.
how to fix the bluetooth that wont turn on?? in my custom rom? anyone please help

If it's cm7 based bluetooth doesn't work - wait for new binaries from broadcom if they ever come
Bluetooth has no problem with stock based roms

I have a Motorola Defy used now by my wife.
I am now running stock Froyo and thinking of using any CM ROM. Which CM is better for me? My main target is STABILITY and ensure that everything in the previous stock Froyo works as well with the new ROM.
Can you advise me what ROM to choose?

Hey others may have been in the same boat, but i can't find an original LS980zv7 recovery or rom... And yes i have tried to go through the Lg utility and it gets stuck at the analyzing phone part. left it for 4 hours and nothing(and yes i have fast internet). So please help?
