I managed to get CM7 onto my 4gb sdcard, and I'm using PerfectPeso off the internal memory, which I want MIUI themed, but yeah x]

MIUI Launcher V4 & themes and MIUI Gallery are linked to the first post
MIUI Boot-animation added in first link. Here are the instruction.
Installation: 1
1.Place the bootanimation_miui.zip in root of your sd card
2.Boot into recovery.
3.Install zip from sd card
4.Select bootanimation_miui.zip and flash.
5.Reboot. DONE!
If this is not working for you. Install it by second procedure.
Installation: 2
1.Take backup of your Boon Animation.
2.Using root explorer go to system/media
3. Place bootanimation.zip in to system/media.
4. Reboot. Done.
Sweet! Just the bootanimation I wanted, would have been better if the MIUI text was orange instead of blue, and the background black instead of white, but overally its great!
I would request more MIUI apps, but that's asking too much

Performance is great! No lag what so ever! Speed, great too! Fast as! And as for battery consumption, its all round good!
I actually have CM7 6.5.8 on my sdcard, and it runs fine aswell
Just try it, theres an old baseband fix!

Boy download go SMS from market and use attached MIUI theme. Stand alone apps is not ready now. People are working on it. Will provide you once it will get fixed.

I believe the sholes and droid are the same. I don't have one but it intended to run on the D1 running CM7. Just nandroid, flash a fresh CM7 nightly. Boot up, no wipe needeed, flash one of the v1.0 zips and all should be good! Let be know if you have more questions.

Would you mind if I add it to my theme kitchen in the future (in a week or two) ?
It would make it available to all AOSP roms built for Desire.
If you would like it, I could exclude CM7 from selectable roms (I had a similar request from Sonnysekhon and I implemented such an mechanism) so that people on CM7 use only your zips (the port is not always 100% perfect )

In oxygen everything works perfect but in cm7 i couldn't get ics (look like) lock-screen. At the moment i am not on cm7 anymore so can't do more testing... I just went to cm7 to check if my wifi works there (doesn't work nowhere?!) mean while i also tested your theme

Yeah, Cm7 is a bit different than Oxygen, so I had 4 lockscreens which I had to edit. I was thinking to do it soon, but since I use Oxygen as a daily ROM I have not had time to do it. When I am finished with my theme for Oxygen ( over Christmas some time) I will look at it

Hey man thanks for this... Sometimes it looks a bit buggy (f.e. notification menu), but often it just looks cool and that's all what matters.
(i BTW use ADW EX, not the LauncherPro included, but still really nice for the menus, browser, ....)

You can use ES Explorer to navigate to:
/data/local
(NOT data/data/local !!)
and replace the existing bootanimation.zip with this one.
IMPORTANT NOTE Not in SDcard, but the internal memory. In order to achieve that to this ROM, I had to set the default "Home Directory" of ES Explorer to be just: "/" (without quotes of course!). You will have to enable "Root explorer" in ES Explorer options before trying copying the .zip too.

I think it will run faster if you decrease the size of each picture and increase their number (to keep the resolution-animation fluent). But I don't know how...

But yes, the animation's looking good. But the problem isn't in the image size, but indeed it's the image count -there are only 6 frames for the fade in, and the rest of the animation is only 3 frames on loop. That's why it looks laggy.

I know, my bad! Working on it!
Alright, v1.1 uploaded, i think i fixed it a bit, but its still laggy because the OS is loading (I think). Check it out and give me feedback!

I like it very much! Yeah it's totally normal to lag at the beginning. All the boot animations I've tried at every rom lagged for the first 1~2 seconds because of the OS. Nice work my friend! I would love to see a "heart pulse" effect at the words though. Or something with the stars... some loop animations... you know... let your fantasy speak!

No worries, whenever you can!
BTW, when you flash a new version of aurora you dont have to install the bootanimation again. The update doesn't affect the bootanimation, unless dzo changes it himself (on future updates).

Looks good! Much nicer than the normal Android bootanimation.

I'd suggest flashing CM9 first, then doing this:
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (VolumeUp+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid Backup or your choice backup application (optional)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)
Install the ROM from internal sdcard
At this point it will restart and continue boot looping – DO NOT PANIC!!
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (VolumeUp+Home+Power)
Install the ROM from internal sdcard a second time.
Done/reboot

No. The only roms that have audience chip support are Stock Samsung Touchwiz roms, or i9000 samsung roms with Corn Kernel.

Make a folder in data/system/ named theme and set it with full permissions.
Everything should work except status bars, and dialer themes/phone icon
Apart from that everything seems to be working fine!

OP's suggestion to get themes working, fixed the theme issue!
Only thing i cant figure out is - Where are the MIUI specific settings? Like , how to configure the notification bar buttons etc.?

MIUI ICS is still in very early stages, so these aren't implemented yet.

Pull down the notification bar and keep swiping till you see an icon with 3 dots, click that and you can change the style of toggles and what toggles you want
