There no fast boot mode or donload mode.
When i connect the phone to my computer this is the how it shows up as multiple drive.
If there is a guide to fix this please guide me in the right direction and ill be grateful.

Hi guys and girls, I really like some help.
I got my tablet on the ICS iconia update from years back, Rooted en have some Acer root tool on it.
I would like to go to android 5 with the tab (if possible) but there is so much to do from here that I lost it.
There is no bootloader on it and i dont have a recovery or something like CWM. I really have no idea what to do from here...
Could one be so kind and help me out??

so i found this APX flash tool from blackthunder which does everything on his own... perfect i thought and all is fine, even enters apx mode normally but then comes with the message that i dont have the usb drivers installed. next i follow the link given ofc and install it only to be kept in that same loop. Rebooted my laptop and tab several times now but still keep getting that message. anyone here knows what could be wrong??
Could you please tell me where you found the APX flash tool? I'm trying to upgrade my A500 (currently on 4.0.3).

Hey friends! I just recently got an Acer a500 as a gift. I went ahead and rooted the device with ICS 4.0.3 but now the problem is I can't get a recovery into the device cause the bootloader is locked, tried really hard to find a solution. I have tried NVflash but it says my device needs the USB drivers, which I already installed. I tried the power button and reset, but nothing happens. Please if anyone can kindly help me? I truly appreciate that!
EDIT - I finally got it to connect!
I assume that I bricked my phone today. I've been trying to use the msm recovery tool and the program is not even recognizing my phone. When I plug in my phone to the pc you can hear the connection. I also tested it by trying to fastboot. Which once it is done fastbooting I get the crashdump mode. Can someone please help.
