Hey guys, i've noticed that on the FlyX ROM asian languages are not displayed as the language but just as boxes. I was wondering if there is an .apk that can load asian languages on, specifically korean and japanese. This is not for input! this is so I can actually read it. Any suggestions? Thanks
there is no apk that i am aware of. You will need to download the a new font file and manually place it in your SYSTEM/FONTS directory. The file your looking for is DroidSansFallback.ttf
I believe i got mine at googles font library.
not to sound stupid or anything but how do i do that? I have seen other posts that use the terminal emulator but for some reason when I do it it does not load. Do you know of the link where you got it from the google library? thank you
anyone know?
I think you don't have root
after u root your droidx ,u can use rootexplorer to replace the font files
i did this one week ago

Thanks alot. BUT, how do I install it? Have tried to just normally install the .apk. Get error "Application not installed". Have tried placing both files in system\apps. Same.
Any other files I have to delete or set permissions for first?
PS Remember I tried to us SGS tools to upgrade the camera but got an error.

You can't install the APK. Use Root Explorer to copy and overwrite the current one camera.apk in /system/app

And you have done, You can use stock dictionary app..
Guyz, Do anyone know, how to link dictionary.apk to the file of it on sdcard...?
Plz frnds, help..
Pls use search function you will get all the details you want. You need a "libDioDictNativeEngine.so" file in your "/system/lib" folder to get it working.

Hey guys,
I'm looking for the default_gain.conf file on my Samsung S4.
I have Root Explorer and I seen everywhere online where the file is in system/etc but I don't have it there. Mine isn't there.
I wish to make the headphone volume on my Galaxy S4 louder but can't find the file to update it.
My phone isn't rooted but I haven't seen anywhere that it has to be rooted before you can find/access the file.
Any help at all?
Thanks
Try es file explorer because i can see default_gain.conf in my system/etc and mine is also not rooted.
But u will need root to change the config i think..

Thanks again

Is Your S4 9500 model or 9505?.....
This mod is only for I9500. expected 4.4 didn't change the file name or location.
AND no way to modify the values without rooting first.
(That's why I stay with 4.3 and Perseus' Synapse to set my loudspeaker output= )
