Looking for raidio baseband 2.32.40.11.09 [Resolved] - Hero CDMA General

baseband 2.32.40.11.09
I tried Google but all the links I found are old and invalid.
I may also need an older ROM, not sure yet. I found A 1.5 ROM here but the link was invalid as well.
I am trying to repair a MEID. Yes I know that is not an allowed topic and I am not asking how or giving advice on how. I just mentioned it so that you may understand why I need the radio.
Thanks!
Edit: Found the needed radio, Thanks!

Problem receiving calls on my Wizard

Hey guys.
I'm a newbie to this forum so I took my time before actually opening this topic and read through most of the stuff around here, also tried searching to see if anyone had the same question as me but couldn't find anything, so, here it goes.
I just recently got a T-Mobile MDA (the wizard) and I seem to be having problems with receiving phone calls. If the phone goes idle for long enough the calls just don't go through, but, if I call someone then for a period of time they do come in just as normal. Is this a known problem to the device? Has anyone else had this same issue?
I've tried contacting both T-Mobile and HTC but neither was of any help yet. The phone is running on WM6, with a ROM that I can't really tell which is (it's the one that loads with a BOOM! written on the startup screen, maybe that helps?).
The phone has been master reseted and the problem goes on, sim card changed, all the stuff. My question is:
Anyone know if this could be a problem related to the ROM of the WM6 i'm running? Or anyone just have a clue of what could be the problem or ways to fix it?
I was going to go through an upgrade / change of ROM but thought would be best to ask first and see if it's necessary so I don't take unecessary risks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
what is your radio rom?
2.19 seems to be most stable with wm6's.
The Radio version I have is a 2.25.11 (shown on device information)
ROM Version 11.0.0.0 if that means anything.
Edit:
Copying from the Wizard Service Tool:
=> Firmware:
OS: 5.2.xxx (Build 18521.0.7.0)
ROM: 2.18
Registry AKU: .0.7.0
Radio: 02.25.11
Protocol: 4.1.13.12
=>Extended_ROM:
Version: TNT Series by its right
Name: Extended_ROM
Status: hidden
Edit --------
So okay, one last question: My phone is upgraded to WM6, that means it's already unlocked and everything, correct? I dont need to do the unlocking said here in step 3.6 right? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=298613
I'm sorry for this bump.
I just finished upgrading the phone to a TNT 6.1 "It's right" ROM, that Professional TouchFlo one, and yet, the problem seems to continue.
I'm guessing that I'm really SOL on this one and that it's a phone hardware issue then? And also, guessing that HTC wouldnt help me since it's moded?
Should I try to downgrade to the T-Mobile original software and maybe hope that it works better there?
If anyone has any input or advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
i think you should try another radio rom first.
despite i never tried 02.25.11
Question:
How do I change my radio rom? Is it just updating with another rom of WM6? Like trying another different or do I need to do something specific?
I know it's not supposed to be advertising or suggesting a specific rom here in the forum but I really have no idea what could be a stable one that I could give a try.
In the replies a 2.19 is mentioned but I tried searching the forum and didn't find an answer, could someone give me a hand please?
Thanks again and sorry for all the inconvinience.

I agree with this 100%.Worked for me
Can anyone point me in the direction of a 2.19?
Thanks again.
searching is a good skill to possess.....you should try it, you'll like it.

Sorry about the truoble. I did try searching all over the place on this issue and only came up short on most. Got a lot of responses but it seemed like none was very decisive or without a good explanation.
But thanks for the help, really appreciated. I'll search on instalation for this rom and hopefully it'll help me out.
same problem here.....with TNT 6.1 and radio 2.25.11
If I install the 2.19 radio only as joemanb suggests, will it reset all my programs and setting back to factory? in other words, do I loose everything as if I'm doing a ROM update?
had the same problem, i dont remember what radio rom i had, some1 suggested to changed to 71, didnt work, and then in a thread that was very similar to this one, a guy suggested to the creator to use 2.19.11, who then was very thankful because it worked. gave it a try, and now im looking for that thread to say thanks and report that the problem is long gone!
So yes, try 2.19.11, i downloaded it from the very first post of the radio upgrade thread, the one thats says for europe. And no, you wont lose everything, its only a RADIO rom change, things related to the phone settings not the PDA.
Yeah, quick update / bump.
Just wanted to say a big thank you, I indeed used the 2.19 as recommended and it worked to perfection. No more missed calls and surprisingly, my reception actually got a lot better so I'm now a very happy customer. It also diminished by a lot the problem I had with ending short calls or stopping it before going through.
Thanks a lot you guys, it really helped me out a lot, sorry for any inconvinience / pita I may have caused.

No service-no signal

Hi all
I own Niki 100 and don't have any service-signal at all. I've read all the threads and posts on this forum but there isn't any right answer to this. I unlocked my phone and it said security unlocked, install a new rom with radio and after that it gets no service. Is it a software or hardware problem. Please help
Thanks
please check your radio version, maybe it is not compatible to your phone or your used rom.

I tried everything, but no luck. Finally the official store changed the phone and now everything is OK. I was lucky, the guarantee was valid

please info me step by step
Did you even read the link? It tells you what to do.
Plus, your not giving us much info to go on. And actually, I'm guessing if you searched with some of the details of how your nosgm started, someone probably already experienced it and has a conclusion of how to fix/couldn't fix.
help me please infor me step by step
No GSM showing means that something went wrong with the radio rom upgrade.
I suggest that you try to downgrade to the official rom for your device. Then you can upgrade to whatever version of OS you want, but make sure that the rom does not contain radio upgrade.
The Issue "No GSM" is because of bad sodering contacts between the QC and Samsung flash or the Samsung CPU and the contiguous flash (samsung) and it resuts all the strange behaviours of this HTC model. Anyway for me it's another proof of samsung quality
Low emission soldering + thin ICs (big foolish sandwich FLASH/CPU) + over located Keyboard = possible cold/bad contact soldering problem.
The proof is the many "NoGSM" issues got without any trying ROM update, or the too many 2XX errors during upgrade.
Do you have a problem with the radio not working?(not able to receive signal, make/receive calls/text?) Cause i had the same problem. Anyways, the way i fixed it is by dissasembling the 8525, and reassembling it back together. Then i flashed the official wm6 rom with 1.48 radio, and it works fully now.
I heard that no gsm can occur with a failed radio flash, which i think is unrepairable, except by replacing the motherboard. If it wasnt a failed radio flash, then i think theres several methods to remedy it. Just try all the methods including mines. Hope you get it to work, theres been too many "no gsm" errors lately. Whoever designed the 8525 should be shot for making such a weak phone.

Please help me, my Dopod 838 Pro has No GSM!

Um, the rooting tutorial has changed and wants me to flash radio?

Well several months ago I rooted my own ROGERS dream using the cyan guide here:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.p...-_Rogers_Dream_EBI1_to_CyanogenMod&oldid=1539
Now I went to root my brother's rogers dream but the instructions have changed:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php/Full_Update_Guide_-_Rogers_Dream_EBI1_to_CyanogenMod
It's now asking me to flash a newer radio during the procedure. As I never did this when I rooted I am hesitant to root. Could someone possibly tell me why the guide's change and why I now have to flash this radio
search the site for "Rogers 911", you will find lots of info on this. I am not familiar with it, but have seen MANY posts about it.
But this phone doesn't have the 911 updates. What will updating the radio do?
The new radio is the one included in the mandatory update. There is no harm in flashing it. You can always go back if you want. You can even leave that step out if you want to keep your old radio. I have no idea what has been changed in the new version but I haven't noticed any difference. Some people say they have better reception and some say they have worse reception with the new radio.

Nexus One Baseband version and Cyanogen

I have a ADP1 phone with baseband version 4.06.00.12_7.
I am planning on ROMing Cyanogen 6 and cant' seem to find if these are compatible.
Does anyone have a link to this kind of info or know if these are compatible?
I ask because numerous links state if the baseband version and ROM are out of sync you can brick the phone.
Thanks in advance
4.06.00.12_7 is the correct radio version for CM6.
I don't think you can brick your phone by having the wrong radio. You certainly can lose wireless/wifi connectivity ;-). But nothing that you can't solve with a USB cable and flashing the correct version.
