[Q] cell phone rebooting

installed 2.3 of ratch yesterday.. camera was working fine.. but phone was rebooting again and again
installed 2.3 legend then camera isnt working..
trying to download 2.2 floyo from the link, link is not opening...what to do???

Try to use another rom, like MiniCM beta 2.1..

and bdw its 2.1... isnt it i want higher firmware as in 2.2 or 2.3..

Help - VGA cam 2.3.3 RC4

Hi guys, anyone has any idea how do we get camera or VGA camera for 2.3.3 RC4 from this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=914513 ) ?

Same problem here. Would love it if Ratch 2.3.3 RC4 Legend with camera.

i dont think u can u have to wait for racht to update it.

Take camera libs from one of x10 mini 2.3 rom and put it to racht rom and should work.

No and i forget to say you need to enable camera then too racht disabled it.

Maybe you want to say wich files the camera libs are?

Hey guys, i was wondering, which did you think was better ? Android 2.2.1 Froyo or Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread ? Im currently using 2.3.5 and to be honest, i love its smoothness and speed but i miss the 2.2.1's stability. What do you think :S ?

it's 2.3.7 (cm7.1) with some cm9 features added in.

there is written[ROM] XPERIADROIDX-GB Android 2.3.7 para XPERIA X8 Funcionando 100%. where you saw that it was written cm9? and it was not made russian

yes v5 is latest but each rom version that release it support to each kernel also
like me I using 4.6+nAa kernel v8b work perfectly

HERE IS the ICS ROM in the same page, and the guy is colombian not russian.

no download link though

and according to the FB group for the rom, he's stopping development on the ICS version to focus on the GB version.

nowdays its tO much trols on xda

Salsa Sense 0.15...

Today i tryed after all Custom kernels , just me , stock kernel and sense
This rom is old but smooth , and ram is normal , about 75mb free when running all HTC goodies ;D
And i just think , now we have kernels , tweaks etc , so we can made this rom better , for like nAa kernel , and remove all unneeded apps , old libs , update apps , fix wifi , fix network net , root acces and sd is safe to remove bug , now we can do it , why not? Sense UI is so beautiful
And again i will say , the rom is fast as hell , even on stock , just imagine how it will work fixed and with all new tweaks on custom kernel!?
I think you get my idea , so , i dont have knowagles to fix it , but maybe someone who can and love sense like me, will do it?

I remember that the problem was that the X8 has to small internal memory to store all libs and apps on, so I think porting sense will fail again.
But maybe im wrong

I was try to port sense to xperia x8. But i stop coz we need to port ram disk form sense.

Is there any module to fake RAM in SD like swapper do?
or something we can use SD as internal memory as well?

Today i was tryed to fix some things with salsa sense 4.0 port , i cant get it on homescreen , but bootanimation is working very well even on stock Replace all apps of it and add all new libs what is not on old salsa 0.15...
And about RAMDISK , it hard to port ? and in salsa sense its on rom , that mean its ported? or just soft moded to get boot?

Ramdisk is a part of kernel and yes, it's difficult for us, normal users.
