it's NOT a cm9 rom.
it's 2.3.7 (cm7.1) with some cm9 features added in.
there is written[ROM] XPERIADROIDX-GB Android 2.3.7 para XPERIA X8 Funcionando 100%. where you saw that it was written cm9? and it was not made russian
i think the blog is not russian languange its a spanish
his name is hector perez n he is spanish.his rom is name XperiadroidX n now m also use his rom very smooth

yes v5 is latest but each rom version that release it support to each kernel also

yes of course i know that there are a lot of Rom . what i want is users opinion and recommendation.
All froyo are pretty much the same... based on miniCM...
I recommend minicm 1.0.0

I am using GingerDX highly customized by me. But you should Try XGIN ROm(2.3.7 and xperia mini styled)

Just flashed it yesterday!
Just can say that it's really nice & smooth!
Flashed the KDH_NXT 4.2 gapps, and it's running perfectly (for the moment ) !
can't say about US language, but French language is included!

I have flashed it today. It looks nice with all the options. I flashed marmite CM version kernel, and now it is really fast. It was lagging here and there with the stock kernel. Overall good. US english is also available.

no, it dosent exist... as of what i know, it was android 2.3.7 then google jumped to 3.0
I like that idea that Spanish (speaking) guy has.
It is also based from Gin2Jb 1.8.1
