ok it works thnx i find it!!!

now it appears in my files, i followed the instructions on how to use but now it dint work on games. I want to play asphalt 5 but i cant... i have to instaill the 2.8 v??? if yes pliz give me a link...and if anyone knows about cpu and mhz tell me please

You need oc to at least 1000mhz, recommended 1300mhz or 1200mhz
Cheers

but how can i increase it??? i have setcpu and it says 667 MHz scaling conservative 667 max 83 min it dont go up to 667 and i have see phones like mine in this forum that play good cf3d

chainfire isnt playing because i have indroid v 3 honeycomb remix?

install g3mod 2.3 oc to overclock your phone

G3mod oc is program on kyrillos? And i want to change honeycomb and to install kyrillos rom, i will put the .tar and start flashing to odin or i have to replace froyo 2.2 first?

Flash another kernel. Use Odin, flash as one package. You can use g3mod or fugumod etc. Any kernel that is oced. Only then can you overclock
Cheers

Okok. First, download both kyrillos parts of the rrom. Place them in the same folder, and extract part one. Part two will automatically be extracted with it. Then, open Odin, select ops file, choose tick one package and choose the kyrillos rom that had been extracted. Then flash. If the kernel provided does not support oc, then flash another kernel that supports oc. Flash the kernel thru one package. Use setcpu to configure the CPU speed. Kyrillos 10 is gingerbread, while 9.x is froyo. Your choice, but for gb, only the kernels provided in the cm7 thread can be used.
Cheers

Do you know Which is better kyrillos or indroid 4 rom?
Sent from my GT-I5800 using XDA App

indroid 6*

omg i have install kyrillos v 9.5 and g3mod v 2.23 and i overclocked my plone to 1200 mhz and chainfire 3d is still not working and now my plone crashes...

an older version of chainfire should work for you. V2.0 worked for me on my galaxy 3

I have tested all versions... And all arent working. So i installed kyorarom v 5.2 but now when i go to install chainfire3d it says that i havent any free space to my system

Tiamat Tachi only running 528 MHz max?

I don't understand. I just recently flashed the Hammerhead ROM and then the Tachi kernel....maybe I'm not understanding this right but do these two not coincide? I have it running but I just loaded up SetCPU and it's maxing out at 528MHz? Please help.
Fixed: Added setcpu.txt to sdcard with the values and I set it at 1504

Did you let SetCPU autodetect your possible speeds?

hi, i need to ask you, does somebody knows, can i flash only a overclockable kernel on stock JPQ firmware? i like just the way my phone is, and need only kernel so i can put min frequency on 83mhz and max 1300mhz. is that possible? please answer. thank you.

Yes you can....try g3mod kernel or fugumod kernel ..root the phone first
Use set CPU to adjust the frequency range.

Thank you very much. Can you provide me only a kernel file, i can't figure which i must flash. O.O also, will this delete my phones data?

I think it works with stock or cf root kernels, not with all custom kernels
Yes, it works (cf root kernel, KL7)
abyssnote it does not work to bad!

What are the Adventages/Disadventages betwenn Tegrak OC and SetCPU?

Set cpu does CPU and Tegrak does CPU and GPU for gaming but Tegrak cannot be used on all custom kernels (stock and CF Root mainly, not Abyss and FM kernel)
I like tegrak a little better. Especially when I tweaking voltages or playing with different settings. Tegrak runs a little stability check after every boot. if things go wrong it automatically reverts to stock

not worth installing it, latest stock ROM is faster compared to it, also its not stable, overheats easly and you can get random FCs - reboots, i'd recommend using latest stock kernel.
your phone will generate more heat on 1.248 mhz, so you'll get low performance compared to stock 1.000 mhz CPUs and it will reduce your battery - CPU life.
If you still want init.d and other kind of stuff custom kernels has to offer, try hellfusion #50, its the fastest custom kernel in my opinion, though i didn't test any custom kernels in last 2 months

Read again, try hellfusion #50, I could play jetpack joyride without any lag, except when game switches between textures (thats kind of due to RAM bottleneck)
Hellfusion #50 Kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1891682&highlight=hellfusion
And also keep in mind no kernel is good without tweaks, I'd recommend fly on mod and v6 supercharger [do not use fly on mod ram manager while v6 supercharger ram fixes are active]
You should also try defferent governors and I/O schedulers, I used antutu benchmark to test results with different I/O - governor combinations. Some of the kernels give low performance on smartassv2, while others give the best performance the kernel could give, so you'd better try all of them.
Galaxy y has very low internal storage, so try to keep it clean (when theres 30 mb empty or so, my phone gets lag spikes while gaming)
The kernel I gave you above has ext4 support. So use repencis ext4 converter or any other converters that convert system, data and cache partitions to ext4, then REMOVE EXT 4 JOURNALISM (IT MADE MY PHONE A LOT FASTER)
Ext 4 journalism disabling script : http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2009287&d=1370093464

Help
i flashed the non flex version of pardus romand didnt flash any custom kernel like dorimanx's kernel or sth
I am using nofrills app to control cpu clocks
But it wont change anything
It stays on 2.2 max and 1.5 min governor ondemand
Row schedular
Nothing affects them is that because it's stock kernel ?
And what the hell is the idea of making the minimum clock speed 1.5 ghz?
Guys plz if anyone faces such a problem tell me how you outcame it

Post in the thread, don't make a new thread....
I would suggest giving a different kernel a try then, or it could be the app you are using to try and control the kernel. Might give something like system tuner a try first
