Editing GFX and changing turninglight effects

Some time ago I was working quality GFX on old SE (example K800, w595 etc.)
I'm PRO in PS and I can make fantastic themes for 2.1 2.2 and 2.3 ROM's if you can say me how to change icons and all GFX
Too I want to know is it possible to add effect of turning off tv when turn off lights of screen like in 2.3.3 could I add it into froyo?

Just google "creating themes for android 2.x" and you'll get some nice sources
There is app in market called "screen off and lock" which provide tv screen odd animation on roms older than gingerbread. But it's useless in my opinion cause there's no key mapping option, or locking after period of time. Only way to run it is clicking icon, but maybe sources of this app would be useful to you.

[Q] Ultra brightness screen sunlight mode and write on the rear of photos

I've noticed that in the sun some times and more with the camera, the screen will boost its brightness to a level we cannot select. it seems to even change the gamma of the screen where the screens look almost pink. But the result is a really bright and view-able screen in direct sunlight. Anyone know of an add to enable this via an app or some setting?
Also I remember with my Note 3 I could write on the back of the photos, is it not possible anymore?
I'm intrested to this.....but we have to find anyone who knows how to do that...
gekkehenkie11 developed an app for CyanogenMod called MDNIE Tuner which does that. Check the first post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/orig-development/official-cm12-910f-910g-t3046965
Not sure if it works with TouchWiz...

[HELP]how to reduce screen resolution on STOCK ROM to 720x1280 at 280 dpi ?

Hello guys,
I'm using i9500 s4 black edition.
I have done special test for battery saving and conclude that lowering resolution saves 40% battery.
Mine SOT time is approx 6 hours
So guys How can i reduce resolution in stock lollipop roms to 720p?
I have done via 2 ways . First terminal and second "nomone resolution changer" app
But notification dropdown becomes fuzzy and not usable ;( so how can i edit SYSTEMUI to work perfect in 720p?
Everything else is working fine but that systemui sucks.
Thanks
Any perceived savings are due to the placebo effect, thus your test is...questionable. To fix the fuzzies, reset the dpi to stock, as there is no way to get everything working properly at the reduced dpi.
if you use xposed try a module called app settings and you can change dpi on a per app basis.

How do I disable max brightness in stock camera app?

Whenever I open the stock camera app, screen brightness is automatically set to maximum. I get that it's a feature some people like to take better photos but there should be an option to disable it. Other camera apps have this option but lack EIS or portrait mode. Would really like to use the stock app but this one issue is very annoying. Any help?
To enable EIS , click the given link

If you feel that the camera is really important then you can explore XDA for enabling google camera on phone .
The automatic is a default configuration in the phone and you cant do anything for that . Its actually useful because sometimes the display is visible during bright sunlight . Or else install the Nokia camera port on the phone. It will also give the extra PiP feature
