Hello can Someone make a Bufrost Style Theme for Oxygen or Ginger Villian 0.5?
I like the Blu tuch of the theme.. and i don't like the green color.. but all the new icons from 2.3 are superb, but will be awsome in blue...
Or how can I make a Framework-res zip with the new color..?
This is a Request for a theme.
Thanks.

If it's the blue touch you're after, try Properblack + Blue. The dev is trying to make default green/orange images blue (and it's a good job in progress).

Yes this it. I prefer the original icons but in difeerent Colors.. Now I am using the Gray Theme for Oxygen 2.0 RC5 from the oxygen updater..
the radio, checkboxes are both in gray and the scroll shining too. When this will became blue and for example the shinig and hover are White will be very sweet.
I love the blue color from the skin "slate" for the Desire HD Sense UI.
thanks for your help guys..
anyone gonna create a compatible theme?
I would make a theme.. but I don't know how can I do it.
I would make in the Statusbar the Settingsshortcuts like the extended controlls or swich pro like MIUI theme or the Touchwiz from Samsung and LG..
But I don't know how.. I wouldn't like to ask a reqest for the theme.. but i don't have an idea how i can edit the colors in the xml files and the color of the preepatched pngs from the framework.
pls suggest me some really cool themes and live wallpapers for rooted htc wildfire cm7
i use CrispyCyanBread with CyanBreadAddonMorph, and for the live wallpaper Nexus Revamped ,Ice Galaxy is cool but laggy on my phone :]
There's a theme list for CM7 here, with a small description:

So, you can go ahead and look at the themes based on the colours you prefer. MDPI Themes work well, whereas HDPI themes may work, or, may not work.
What is htc hd2 mdpi or hdpi etc...? Im running android on it and alot of the themes have either mdpi or hdpi... Like CM7 Mixer theme thats on the market is only for hdpi
HD2 is HDPI. Only devices that have 320x480 resolution is mdpi.
Well...
(H)DPI is about pixel density (pixels per inch). HD2 has high density (217 I think) by default, but some cooks (ROM makers) may lower this number, so the apps will think that our phone is a tablet and e.g. icons will be smaller.
If DPI wasn't set on a fake number, you could take other device, let's say SGS (233), and the icons would be the same size (in centimetres, not pixels).
CalamitySir and I are gonna make a CM7 theme! We are going to try our best in theming the icons based on Cyanbread so that it would look good on the Desire and other phones with WVGA resolution and above. Yes i know i am not gonna win those popular themes like LunarUI and others but i hope that you guys would give us your support so that we would do our very best!
I would be doing the coding for the APK while CalamitySir would be doing the theming of the icons. I don't mind u guys using this for your other mobile devices running CM7 but I am only making it usable on HDPI and it would most probably look good on our Desire (I am not saying that it won't look good on other devices )
So we need suggestions coming from you guys like what features do you guys want to see on our device, for eg. Transparent or Translucent framework, middle-clock, icons for the different apps or maybe even stuffs i have not know of yet! Just tell me in the comments below and i will try to implement as much features of the themes u guys want into the theme!
Also I have already decided to make the edge glow bright orange! maybe i would be releasing other coloured versions too but that would come later! And I would not be doing ICS style as you all know there is a little way too much ICS themes for CM7 or any launcher like LPP or ADW, so therefore i do not wish to compete with them and then lose out in the end saying that we just copied them or anything...anyway we don't want that to happen so we might as well just do something like LunarUI which is based on original and stuffs like that!
So I would like to hear from you guys soon!
what resolution you prefer for the streak
MDPI-160dpi
HDPI-240dpi
reply as i want to build a rom from latest nexus one cm7 source.
I love 240 dpi on my streak

I never keep any icons or wigets on any of the home screens. I use miui plus zeam launcher on almost all my devices. One thing I am confused about is why the rom cook would need to know what dpi people like. I just edit the build.prop and the dpi changes. 160 dpi is too small icons for me and 240 dpi is too large icons I been playing with the build.prop and changed it to 190 dpi which seems to be a good balance. With this streak is the first time I have saw different roms for different dpi.

In most Roms, both the HDPI and MDPI formats are combined. With this one, it was split up for some reason. I would love to have both combined again to make it easier for changes.

This is only true for dell devices I think, most other manus only have the xDPI assets that specific device uses. At least the rom dumps of the N1/NS are like that.
I def like how dell included mdpi and hdpi though, as it means switching levels still gives you better icons then having them being streched/shrunk to work
CM7 160 DPI please 240 DPI is too much...
I find 200 a good compromise
160 fits in fine
160 is perfect

actually, i like 190 most! fit & suit for me & my thumb
but, gplay doesn't support it
between 160 / 240, i will take 160 since 240 is spacekiller

would be better for this ..........
Everyone that isnt using 120/160/240/320 needs to keep in mind that a non-standard dpi will break the market. It's part of their policy now that "list what dpis you support" instead of the older "list what dont work".
You pretty much wont be able to use the market (or at least a lot of stuff will be missing/broken on market) on a non-standard dpi. You can switch back to a standard one and use the market and switch back of so inclined though.
