[Q] Phone hangs in standby ? Defy+ SOD - Defy Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys,
I have recently flashed 2.3.6 retail sbf onto my defy+ and I have noticed that it does not always wake up when going to sleep, I somethimes have to pull the battery out. Even now, I have installed cm7.2 nightlies and it goes to sleep without waking up (somethimes).
What is the cause of this as it was running fine on 2.3.4...
Thx

[Q] Kernel won't update HD2.

Hi, I'm running superram v1.5 with everything working great. I upgraded from an old darkstone rom that came with the phone when i bought it. I installed the superram, but the kernel included is not showing up in the settings>kernel. It's showing an old one, and my battery can go from fully charged to dead in 6 hours or less. I was on the phone for an hour last night, speaker phone, with the display on, and only lost 7% of battery. When I try to manually update the kernel I do have the phone in winmo mode because i don't have a micro sd card adapter. Is this my problem? I am doing a reboot before starting android and the kernel still won't update. Can someone please help?
*6 hours or less in standby that is.

What did you do, step by step, to change kernels?

[Q] Password problems - [ROM] (v1.2.3_r2) Nexus AOSP Gingerbread 2.3.4 - Faux123

I've installed Faux123's [ROM] (v1.2.3_r2) Nexus AOSP Gingerbread 2.3.4, and everything works perfectly and smoothly but I keep running into one problem every time I power up my phone after recharging it (from dead battery).
When it gets to the lockscreen, it doesn't take the pin code that I have set (which is being entered correctly). So everytime this happens, I need to reboot in recovery mode and wipe out my data and reboot the phone.
Has anyone else ran into the same issue? and if so, what was your solution?
Thanks for any help in advance.

[Q] defy+ battery in normal defy with quarx cm10. what should i install

Dear all,
Today I bought a defy+ original battery for my defy. I am running quarx's cm10. As I know, defy won't charge defy+ battery past 80%. Is there a bugfix I have to install, how, and where do I find it?
Best Regards
So, battery is stuck at 87%. Tried installing battery fix. Any ideas what I can do? :/
Hi Buddy.
Try reseting the Battery Stats from ClockWorkMod.
To do this -
Hold Power and Volume Down to enter 2ndInit.
Go to Recovery then Custom Recovery.
Go to Advanced and then Wipe Battery Stats.
Good Luck,
neiljain
Using latest nightly (CM10 - 11/5), Defy+, my battery will not charge past 80%, and it is dropping at an alarming rate. I tried to wipe battery stats, but it do not exist anymore (or I did not found it, in this case, please tell me where it is located, because it is not where it used to be).
