Yes it is ITALY Region
It's a personalized ROM for Italy XWKL1
multiupload link http://www.multiupload.com/M2QLQ2ZQ19
I've tested it with 2 galaxy s2 (i9100) from H3G.
All of this was before reflashed with I9100XWKI4_XWKI1_OXIKH1 (original ITV - Italy 2.3.4 ROM).
One of it work fine after flash.
The second phone have the WiFi broken.
Downgrade to 2.3.4 again with I9100XWKI4_XWKI1_OXIKH1 and it work fine !
This are a mistake
Is there any mod or guide to modify the battery indicator % and the crt off animation???

I've the same problem on mine: do you advise me to revert to 2.3.4 with ODIN and then flash 2.3.6 with KIES? or is there an other solution? I tried to wipe all the data by hard reset but the WIFI seems to swith on, search for the WIFI network and then it switch off since it could not find any Wireless connection (in my case, there is only an hidden SSID network).
Please, help me!

Grazie cottino .
Wi-fi bug using samsung kies, the phone crash when you go to the wifi config menù, and when you try to power off the phone soft keys still lit, and last but not least, the phone is hot like hell.
I have a ita nobrand phone rooted, i used kies for the update, I tried a hard reset but the bug still ruin everithing.
Also i read a lot of italian people have problem with wifi and warmer phone.
This official update has stopped to working Wi-Fi & bluetooth of a large numbers of Italian GS2.
Only Galaxy S2 that have Wi-Fi part made by Samsung can use this update without problems, while Galaxy S2 that have Wi-Fi made by Murata can't use this firmware.
The way to find who is the manufacturer of your Wi-Fi, is to read your Wi-Fi MAC Address and use the first three couple of digit in this site:
standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/oui/public.html
example:
if your Wi-Fi MAC ADDRESS is: 14:7D:C5:XX:XX:XX
put only 147DC5 to verify you manufacturer.
can I have only csc ITV of this rom to flash with odin or in cwm please??? can you help me? thanks

WARNING
Please, read this before flashing this firmware!
It seems that Samsung Italia didn't test this firmware properly before releasing it. It is intended just for i9100 that have the Samsung Electro Mechanics chip. If you have the Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. chip, DON'T FLASH it or you'll experience a lot of problems including:
Wi-Fi freezes and doesn't work anymore
No address book
Touchkeys are always lit
Can't shutdown
After switching from Airplane mode to normal, the signal isn't shown anymore
Touchscreen freezes
Please, follow this guide to know which chip you have.

Just finished installation of this firmware.
First noticeable difference is that baseband version is different from previous versions, i think different from JPM too...
Will try this firm for a day or more and will post the comments.

free firmware with chinese as default language
I flashed this yesterday, after having bvjp9 for a while. I like it and it certainly feels faster. UK English was default language for me, although, i had to change the keyboard from Chinese to Samsung. No issues thus far, and little bloatware.

it wont work from JPM. You need to rollback to DDJG6 and then update to this one....
Also remove boot.bin and sh.bin from package to avoid bricking
i notice this ,Taiwan ver is ZFJPF is Provider firmware
have Q MARKET and some useless software inside
this ver I5801ZHJPF is me update from kies ZHJH1 "street buy ver"
it have a "windows live msg" is only work on hongkong 3G network(wifi is not work)
Been using this ROM since morning. So far so good. Below is my observation:
1. Battery bug is there. When battery goes down, restart phone and it is good again
2. GPS is same as JPM. Got sattelite connection in under 10 seconds
3. I dnt know but looks like its me with the popping sound. Majorly happens when i am using headphones and screen goes Blank. Wake up the phone and it pops
4. Media Scanning takes longer than JPM

The version I used was ZHJPF, downloaded from another post, using medifire, before this was released by Samfirmware, and there are no erroneous apps present.
I am now able to browse the internet using HSPDA, previously only 3G was available to me using JP9. Perhaps my GiffGaff signal has improved, but it seems coincidental.
It is most definitely faster, than JP9, and, I will be keeping a close watch on battery life. WiFi and GPS are also working well. I am now rooted, and my Live Wallpapers are running smoothly.
I wanted to keep my 5801 identity, and until we get something decent in Europe, I would recommend this firmware, as a good Froyo base.

The Baseband version for this is I5801ZHJP3; not sure that helps you, but when I flashed initially, I went from JP9, and did not factory reset, and it worked just fine as an upgrade. I tried it, liked it and then reset and clean flashed.
Samfirmware twittered Froyo by the end of April for Galaxy 3, so our best bet is to try and use what we can for now.
SamFirmware just tweeted:
FIRMWARES: Samsung I9100XWKFI, I9100BUKE5, I9100TDUKE6 Online! (Android 2.3.3)
http://twitter.com/#!/SamFirmware
Looks like KF1 is still 2.3.3 and not the 2.3.4 update we have been waiting for
Hopefully our update will come soon and sort out all of the battery drain issues.
Hope this helps.
Something IS happening finally ;-) samsung makes imho the best phones but when it comes to firmware they kinda like to hesitate...still thumbs up. Hopefully they fixed the gps issues for germany.
Cheers

Didn't have these issues, I've never had to restart the phone, except yesterday, when i set my device-font to the original one, because the font had a border, after a restart it hadn't the border anymore .
Btw: I thought the navigation is using the gyroscope for tunnels, to get the position without gps, but with the google navigation it isn't working... didn't test it on offline navigations, did anyone?
Anyone knows if swedish languages in included?

The latest Samsung build I tried was KI4; excellent firmware and is leaps and bounds above the Bell firmware in every aspect. There are newer 2.3.5 builds, but I'm not on a Samsung based ROM currently.

Search Original Android Dev for the latest/greatest firmware; it changes rapidly.
I wouldn't worry about updating your firmware via Kies if you're on Bell; you may NEVER see an update.

Read and research some more until you're comfortable. You only have to worry about matching kernel to firmware if you're doing a simple root, and retaining your current firmware. I've run 3 or 4 of the XXK_ _ firmwares, which are all Euro specific. No issues whatsoever.
Bell would likely tell you to pound sand if you tried to get warranty work done however, despite the fact you would have an official Samsung firmware (but not Bell's firmware).
When/if you flash a non-Bell firmware follow the instructions in the thread I linked to the letter, and yes, PDA is all you need, it has CSC, kernel, etc... in it.
You can then track down a CF-Root kernel for that firmware.

Not sure if it's just me, but I noticed there are still some wifi issues with DXLP8.
WIFI works very well in general. However, if I left the tablet idle for long period of time, eg an hour. Then I try to use it again, I would not be able to browse internet even though the WIFI status shows connected. I have to toggle off the WIFI and reconnect to get it back to work.
Did any one experience similar problem?
Thanks
