Hello Everyone
This is my first thread
This thread is for all those android users who are tired of seeing there stock lock screen and wished to have a new one. So today i am going to show you how to have a custom lock screen and customize it.
So lets Begin Two Apps are needed in order to have a new lock screen
1. No Lock : This application disables ur custom android lock screen and makes way for a new one.
2.Lock Bot Pro(Ver.1.18.0) :This is the lock screen application which will give you new lock screens.
So Now the fun part :
Install both the apps :
1. No Lock :
2.Lock Bot Pro: [Version1.18.0]
After Installing both : Go to No lock :screen will show lock enabled ,tap on it , it becomes lock disabled. This means ur stock lock screen is disabled now .
Now Go to lock bot pro : Click on Theme Gallery :Choose the type of lock screen u want like I phone style,eclair style ,froyo, ice cream sandwhich etc..: Tap the lock screen u want to download ress the back button : Go to My themes : and select the theme : and ur lock screen is done
To create a custom lock screen : Click On new theme :Select the style u want :Click menu on the upper right corner and follow the steps :
To add a pin or password to the lock screen : Go to main screen and click the menu button of ur phone :config will popup :Tap that : Go to security: Choose ur type of password: set password :
Advise u to keep one lock screen at a time in My themes, otherwise it sometimes overlaps multiple locks screen. Also if u keep more than 1 lock screens in my themes ..tap on the theme u want to activate : Click preview:do ur preview: put ur phone on the standby for around 20 seconds and then unlock.

By chance if u get stuck in the preview , click ur phones menu button unlock will popup tap on that and unlock

Why don't you just use WidgetLocker? WidgetLocker disables the stock lock screen as well so no need to install two apps, and you can get themes for it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=968613

It just themes up the lockscreen!you can't call it a locksxreen!sounds silly!

SN-SENSE
Hello everybody this is (fake) HTC Sense for any android phone.
Just follow the instructions and that is all.You will get a htc sense.
TUT:
1.First download SN-SENSE.rar
2.Extract to new folder on destktop
3.Put New Folder on SD card
4.Open your file manager(Astro,Dual file manager…download from Market)
5.Go to New Folder
6.Go to HTC Sense Launcher and install Sense Launcher.apk(or Sense Launcher donut.apk)
7.Then choose sense launcher as your default launcher(press home button and choose sense launcher).If you want to resize icons(phone and sense icons)on dockbar press menu->sense settings->UI settings->AB scale factor and set to 1.
8.Then install the HTC 3.5 Lockscreen and go to apps then open app Agile lock and press start then go to your task killer and uncheck agile lock.
9.Then install HTC clock than go to homescreen(default homescreen) and press add then press widgets then press fancy widgets then go to apps and go to fancy widgets application then clock setting check use 24-hour format then go back and go to weather settings check use Celsius and set your location the go back and go to refresh settings and press refresh now.
10.Then install HTC Keyboard then go to settings->Language and Keyboard->check Touch Input.Then go to messages->new message->long pres on place where you wrote then click input method then check Touch Input.
11.Then install HTC Music application and that its all for music.
12.Then install HTC Skins(themes for sense launcher).Install them all and press menu->sense settings->themes preferences->select your theme and select the theme you want. HTC Sense icons come with themes.
13.Then install HTC Unlock animations(Beautiful widgets and Beautiful Widgets addons) then long press on the screen->widgets->Beautiful weather 1x1 then select your location then check use Celsius/Metric then the press advanced and check Unlock Animations go back and press save and apply.
14.Then install HTC Weather Forecast(weather & toggle widget 2.6.apk and Weather Widget Forecast Addon.apk).Then long press on empty screen on android phone click widgets then choose weather large and update weather and click on widget(one click) and it will show you forecast animations.
15.Then install HTC Widgets(Android Pro Widgets.apk) then long press on empty screen on android phone click widgets then choose (for example:APW Calendar 4x4) then click(one click)on widget then click on calendar provider and them check HTC Google(API 2.2+).Then click back button and you will se calendar widget.
16.If you want status bar from HTC you must to have CM7 on your phone(Install NTsense.apk) and go to apps and open Theme chooser application and click apply on NTSense theme than click apply anyway.

It isn not real HTC Sense these are the only applications that look like HTC Sense.If you understand me.An of course (SN-SENSE for any android phone!!!) you can use sense ona any android phone.
Can you upload them on Mediafire or Dev-host?

Hi everyone, I've posted this tutorial in the NFC hacking section of XDA but I wasn't sure of where to put it and maybe here is better, sorry if I'm not aloud to post twice, you can delete this post.
Here is the tutorial : How to use a nfc tag to unlock galaxy s3 and other android devices with nfc.

Required:
-Anything with nfc (nfc card , nfc tag , tectiles ...)
-Be rooted
-Installed Tasker + secure settings plug-in , Widgetlocker , NFC Re-tag
-download the NFCmodSGS3_lockscreen matching your ROM here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr ... ?t=1712024
-Deactivate any lockscreen in settings (even the slide to unlock one)
-10 min of time
Ready ? Let's go
1st step : Flash the NFCmodSGS3_lockscreen***** via CWM
2nd step : Lockscreen configuration
Start widgetlocker and select a lockscreen with only one function : unlock
In settings , inputs, enable the back button, in advance select the 2 last ones
3rd step: Tasker
Launch secure settings and install the helper, make sure nfc is checked.
Launch tasker and create :
New profile :
events, 3rd party widget locker , unlocked ==> if %WIFI~Off, wait 300ms , plug in secure settings password pin , enable : type the password you want to use if you forgot your nfc tag.
New profile :
event, display screen off ==> plug in secure settings nfc on
New profile:
event system boot : plug in secure settings password pin , enable : type the password you want to use if you forgot your nfc tag + condition %WIFI~Off
New profile:
event network , wifi on , plug in secure settings password pin , disable
Exit task : plug in secure settings password pin , enable : type the password you want to use if you forgot your nfc tag.
New task: (name it UNLOCK)
plug in secure settings password pin , disable
wait 200ms
input , button : back button
4th and last step : NFC-Retag
Scan your tag and add the action : tasker task : UNLOCK
In settings , mute pop ups et do not show
And you are ready to go !

so, I have aGalaxy Tab 4 10.1 ( SM-T535) . I rooted my devices and I have the root access permission now.
But the problem is that , some setting are missing, or not working.
For example, when i click Developers Option I get a msg saying, Setting has stopped working.
another example is that m the screen does not rotate in lockscreen mode.
I appreciate ur helps

Don't have my tab yet, so this is a lucky shot, but it was the same with my S3:
Most vendors hide developer options in standard ROM. Go to Settings -> About Device (usually last point of the settings list) and tap "Buld-Number" multiple times. You'll see a toast message appearing with a countdown - go on until you're entitled to be a dev

you need to tap build number a couple of times in settings>General>About Device
well there we are, at last found a way to turn haptic
feedback off on my x2 without root
so,lets start,

after installing open the app , there will be 2 options ,
1.native apps ops
2.install apps opps x .
select option 1.
u will see many apps there , select 'system'(android
system not the system ui)
there will many permission turned on, ignore
'vibrate' from there nd its done !!!
haptic of home nd back will be turned off

Dear Moder Stoke ROM is possible to mod either is it possible then plz read and try to mod thanks .
1. Vivo operator Logo instant of operator name.
2. yuphoria time , battery icon , net speed meter etc all of above upper status panel with editable function look like Yuphoria 5010 .
3.One plus Lock Apps with PIN or Fingerprint inbuilt in our setting menu.
4. Vivo App clone in our setting menu.
5. Samsung S8 Navigation Bar icon .
6. Volte Video call function on this Rom.
7. Lenovo lock function PIN or Password (after put pin or password without ok or enter Unlock Phone.)
