You could flash this (use the download link under the post). Not the latest stable, but the latest build I know of that has softbuttons enabled.
So can i update my rom to latest build without losing
any data?

If you're using CM7 now, you can wipe dalvik cache only. No data is lost.

It's the same method to install CM7.
Make sure you delete (and backup) data and cache, and then just download and flash the stable CM7 first, before the nightly builds.
The only requirement is to make sure you clear data.
Thank you so much .. and could you please tell me what kernel do I have? Newbie here

is it possible to upgrade ROM (like 2.3.3 to 2.3.7) without wiping the memory. If so tell me the procedure for it .
Thanks
It depends on what rom ur using. If u r upgrading with the same rom, then it will mostly caused no problem. But most dev will advise u to wipe the data,to avoid bootloop

if i want to update my 2.3.7 with latest updates how to update the same ? where is the setting for updating ?
Go to the thread with a 2.3.7 rom e.g GingerXperia and follow the instructions on the thread. If you want to save your data then upgrade the Tom your using now

Hello, I can't write in cm 7 kang thread, so I write here. I have official cm 7 nightly 257. Could I just flash burgerz version via recovery, like just a new nightly version? Then reboot and it's all? Or I have to flash zip, do full wipe, flash gapps?

Cant make a bckup..says problm makin bakup..
Is it hapening due to less sd card free space?
Sent from my MB525 using XDA App
Propably yes. You need about 200~500mb depending on the amount of apps.
Also have a look at Titanium Backup. That app is used to migrate your apps to your new rom. For example for savings with games...

to check if your phone is GEN2 download mr pigfish from the android market
Is Targetbsp/BurgerZ better than CM7 nightlies? I'm considering between Targetbsp 8/3, BurgerZ 12/3 or CM7 12/3 builds
targetspb keeps his builds vanilla which is the same as cm7 nightly but with the new stuff added and burgerz adds a few twists to the cm7 nightlies he builds
ps - both are goods devs with stable roms mate
