Clockwork Rom manager missing in market

Ok I just got a new vibrant from tmo since mine gave out a few days ago. Its fresh out the box and im trying to get the CW rom manager app back so I can proceed to flash ICS passion on this bad boy,but the free version is not in tge market, the only one I can find is tge paid "key" version which I have purchased but cant use without the free one.can someone send me the .apk or explain why it isnt in the market pretty please?

Just pm'd you with advice and the reason they pulled it from the market is cuz eclair 2.1 is not supported anymore. I used to use odin to go back to stock 2.1 and then i had a Overstock kernel that I used though odin and it would give me cmw .The only thing is that u need to dl to ypur phone the rom u want first,odin overstock kernel .tar (i think)

Exel, your everywhere man. Ok I have been spoiled by this app in the past, how do I flash it lol ? I went to recovery,but there are only like 3options and flashing a zip is not one of them... I felt like I knew my way around the vibrant until today. I feel like a total noob

I think it's called reinstall packages in the recovery and it might take a few tries for it to stick

No u have internal and external sds.unless u have a Vib 4g which only has external. Internal is where u have all ur files e.g. dcim, android ,data,download, etc.paste it onto that so u have a file called update.zip along with all those before mentioned files

Did you dl kernel flasher yet from the market. Make sure you're rooted 1st

Now dl cm7 build #182 completely on ur phone after that seach for" Overstock kernel zip"preferably on xda and dl that yhen open k.f. app and flash kernel,wait until it completes the ext4 partition (like 5 min) ,pull battery go into recovery which should be now green letters and install cm7

And then once I have cm7 I should be able to find cw manager on market... Wise sir,good workaround.

Make sure you're rooted.Yes.After you flash cm7 then you're good to flash sum ICS goodness . Use one cosmic fyi..Just be prepared if something goes wrong on K.F.(Odin)
MAKE SURE u have a 3g not a 4g Vibrant cuz T-Mobile has discontinued the 3g.Is the back of the phone black or grey?

Ok yes I rooted using an old version of the ryan za oclf app that still has tge root option, has always worked on previous phones and yeah its a 3g the back is black.

how to remove root/back to factory

hi,need to remove root on my tab & want it back to when i first removed from box,whats my best way folks & im in the uk with a uk tab

Pick a right rom from SAMMOBILE. c o m (i can´t post links), and flash it with ODIN. Just out of the box

look at the dev section. but youll need a rom for the uk

There is an apk called ginger break that unroots the device without the need to flash new rom

Zte blade boots in clockworkmod only

Hi guys i recently just bought a zte blade for my son whos 2 only got it for kids apps. And itryed rooting it an now it just boots in.clockwork mod thats it cant get phone to load at all can somone please help me

As long as it boots into cwm its all good. Download a stock rom or a custom rom from the blade android development forum and flash it from cwn

Could you sugest a wsy of me foing that coz ehen i click install from zip there ids onli the system files sn image filrs that i put on there and whrn i click it it just says no file found mate

Put a rom on ur sdcard and then select install zip from SD card ----> choose zip manually

You want install APKs? Just find "unknown sources" (I dont know how its called in english settings so sorry if it is called differently ) in your settings and allow them, than you can install apks.

Reboot and install gapps again. Then when ur phone starts, you'll automatically be prompted to add a Google account

I got it done now guys thanks just installed a dif version of gapps an it work right away. Its only for my 2 year old son lol stop him breaking the gfs sensation lol

[Q] how to update Omnirom?

Hi guys,
first of all i searched the internet , but i didnt found anything helpful to me. Secondly, im sorry for my bad english ;D
My Problem:
I´am with omnirom on my S3 (GT9300) for 3 days now. Yesterday it started to notify my about an software update. If i agree, it just reboot into TWRP... but at this point i have now idea how to continue.... do i have to install something from the sd card? Does someone got a guide for me?
How often do u guys update ur phones? I saw that there are quite a lot of updates... I preffer a few biggerupdates( but that doesnt really matter )

There is an issue with Opendelta, so that's why it just goes into recovery instead of applying the update.
While it gets fixed, you need to:
_ once in TWRP, click on Install
_ navigate to /sdcard/Opendelta
_ select the nightly ZIP file.
_ on the next screen, uncheck the zip verification box.
_ swipe to install the update.
_ click on wipe dalvik/cache
_ reboot system

Update : The latest nightly is automaticaly installed by the update system, as long as the secure box is unchecked in the options menu.

Secure should also be working at this point - if it doesn't, you're probably running an old version of TWRP that needs updating.

Checked with the latest nightly, and we're back to no automatic install of the update, no matter if secure mode is on or off...
Not sure of which version of TWRP Opendelta is expecting, but i'm using v2.6.3.0, which is the latest available for the Oppo find 5.
The reason for the install failing is always the same : zip signature verification.

UPDATE:
I just Flashed TWRP v2.6.3.1 (just came out) for my Oppo find 5, checked secure mode = ON, checked for new update, tapped on install now, and...
Worked like a charm!
