[Q] Update an Android Build

Hi
i searched and found nothing that answer my question!
I would like to know how to update an Android Build without loosing sms or settings stuff like that. I got the MDJ FroYo HD v.4.3 on my
hd2 and since 2 days the MDJ FroYo HD v.4.4 is out so how update from 4.3 to 4.4 build? Is there a way?

Simply go to your current android folder and take the data.img and move it to the mdj HD 4.4.

[Q] upgrade Nexus one Android 2.2 NAND to Android 2.3 on HTC HD2

Hii I m currently using Nexus one Android 2.2.1 NAND on my HTC HD2 and i have to upgrade it to Android 2.3.1 NAND...I dont know how to do that i want instructions and files so i can upgrade it to Android 2.3.1

I've HD2 with android 2.3.6 (Nexus HD2 Gingerbread V 3.1 a Nand).
Now I want to update to android 4.
It's possible to do this and how i can process ?

Download one of the ICS Roms (Tytung's or MIUI based).
Back up your apps n data through titanium backup
Repartition the device if necessary through HD2 NAND tool kit
Flash the ROM through clock work mod.
