I wrote up a guide on how to sign Android apps using the command line tools. This is good for themers who typically don't use Eclipse.

I haven't published there yet, but from what I understand amazon automatically signs the application for you during the publishing process so it sounds like something you don't have to worry about.

there is a bunch of apps, but none of them are in Play store because it violates youtube EULA.

- for example.
The one I use for some time now (and it's working great) is TubeMate. You have to ask Google where to download it from.
TubeMate is listed in the Google Play store. Two versions of it there by the same developer. That's probably the safest place to get it.
The Amazon appstore also sells TubeMate.

Yes TubeMate is the one to go with, works as intended.

If you can't see it, it's not listed for your device. I can't post links yet, and at my current asshattery to helpful post ratio won't be able to soon. Google jetvd. You can download the apk right from their website, then run the apk to install the app.

They yanked it from the Play Store now. You can still get it from the Amazon Appstore.

Since I said "post link", you could assume I was looking at the website.

Which is why people said it was removed from the store because it violates the terms.

It was back. It was taken down again recently, in the last day or two. Timing - what can I say? It was up long enough to be reviewed a couple hundred times.

Ok, nice to know.
Nevermind downloading them. I just want a Youtube app that doesn't re-buffer the entire freaking video once it's finished downloading if I move the slider backwards.

The links there still seems to work.
I use KeepVid mostly, but be warned that some versions tends to freeze the entire desktop or make it crash.

Maybe his Kindle is unrooted and he can't access Google Play. I'm just guessing because that's the predicament I'm in.

free kindle ebooks list

I found this while trying to find some free ebooks from amazon. If you installed a custom rom their are still a lot of free ebooks without prime that you can get on your fire using the kindle app.

I don't understand what the point of this was the link you put just goes to the Amazon bestseller list which is available on any kindle. The title is slightly misleading you just say it's the Amazon bestseller list for free books.

If you look on the right side it says "Top 100 FREE". Hence the title.

I just saw a book that's currently free and thought it might be of interest to some of you. It's called "Top Free Kindle Fire Word, Card, Logic, And Board Game Apps" and it's available from Amazon.

Krsmqn,
The day this was posted the book was free, we checked it out too and downloaded a Free copy. They probably decided to charge everyone since we posted free advertising for Amazon! Maybe, naaa, Amzon would never do something like that, would they?
