Guys can you use vodafone live and watch live tv, been trying to get this to work for ages with the standard Jasjar rom and no luck, if you can please find a way to get this rom to us
Thanks
@aajs, think this is the info you were looking for, this should enable you to dump a ROM from one device and flash it to another.

Maybe a collegue of mine can help me out, because he works at a phone repair center.
Does anyone have the 1.43 Vodafone Rom that came with their HD2 from Vodafone UK?? If so can you put up a link to it. I've done a search of the Leo sub forum but can't find any one who has done Vodafone (plenty of O2 and T-Mobiles though)
Many thanks.
UPDATED Here is a Rapidshare Link to the 1.43 Vodafone Rom as provided by Football

Many thanks for the link Football. Downloading it as we speak, it will be good to have this as a back up just in case.
Gaiden 0000 .... I'm a vodafone cusotmer..Is it worth upgrading the rom or as a newbie - more trouble than its worth?
Good God! I've been looking for this for ages!
Thank you
does anyone know where i can get a german t-mobile rom? hd2 1.43, of course for backup purpose.... i have used the search here and also used google but cannot find anything.
the link is down, do you have another?
vodafone german ROM 1.43 ?
hello mates,
could anyone give us a downloadable(extracted!) GERMAN VODAFONE 1.43 ROM that is on all HD2`s delivered until now in 2009 ?
I want to Goldcard-flash this ROM but with the option to set it back to initial Vodafone Standard as delivered...
At the moment it is absolutely unsure when Vodafone Germany will offer newer
ROM versions...1.48...1.61...2.1...if at all !
(on former HTC phones Vodafone didnĀ“t offer any newer ROMs for more than a year after release...)
thx
Hi
I currently have my HD2 with Vodafone.
I recently updated the ROM to the one on the HTC website to only now find out that if you don't use the ROM from the Vodafone site, this invalidates your warrenty.
When Vodafone release their new ROM, if I update to this does my phone then continue to be covered under their warrenty?

Yep, Vodafone won't know that you have flashed your ROM once you switch back.

Thank you guys - I damaged my screen but Vodafone are sending a replacement by courier tomorrow so need to get it back to the original rom just to save there being any problems...
On a side note - considering all the problems I had getting the phone from Vodafone in the first place the on-line team were really helpful today when I eventually got through....
.
does anyone have this not on a rapidshare link please...its always constantly busy......
i have added official vodafone UK rom here http://www.4shared.com/dir/22189940/b8552fa0/Shipped_Leo_ROMs.html .

no they dont cos there isnt one released by voda.... yet
no, but it should give you the first 1.43 ROM shouldn't it? I have an unbranded HD2 on 1.48 out the box so I'm assuming as I have access to 1.48 and 1.66 if I go on the support page...

nope
if your handset is unbranded you can download whatever you want from the HTC website and it will work.
If it is locked down by the network then you will not be able to download any version of their roms officially.... until they release one. Even then you will only be able to download and install the latest.
However... network operator roms are posted all over xda... just search and ye shall find.
I assumed putting in your S/N would bring up what's been released already - bit backwards but I suppose it's to discourage people pissing about with their phones and just flash it back - another form of control!
