Hi mates, I was trying to use one of voice related applications but all of them turned me to install google voice search, so I look up for it at the market and find it but it says your device not compatible with this app.
I searched the forum and read lots of threads and see that its possible to use it on HD2. So is there anything to do before installing it ?

ok I figured it out! Its not available in my country language so I found the Turkish apk and its working now.

as I worte before IVE GOT IT and now I would like to have following things running as on my nexus one:
voice input (like search or text) I did enable it on settings but how can I use it?
Im from germany maybe it doesnt work on 2.1?

I found a way you have to download the voice search apk frome elsewhere and install it on the device, then reboot and it will work!

hi guys,
i'm sorry if this was answered before but i searched and couldn't find the answer.
i'm trying to buy an app from the web based android market but i cannot send it to my device.
my hd2 is in the dropdown list but it's greyed out and i get this message: "this item cannot be installed on your device" .
i cannot download directly from the market app because we don't have access to paid apps in my country (although we do have access to them via the web based market ).
so, does anybody know a way to make google think i have a native android phone?

What ROM do you use on HD2? I read the forum, but not select of all... I want to have 1 ROM, don`t need to have WM 6.5 + WM 7 + Android...
Yesterday i Flashed in Typhon Canyogen 3.4.0. I like it, but is not perfect. Anyone try AmericanAndroid ROM? How it works? Any bugs or something? Please help me to choose
P.S. Yesterday Google maps is working fine, but today i dont find Google Maps App on my phone.. And don`t find in App Market. WTF?

I've been trying to install Google Voice Search from market and also downloaded some apk found in the net, however upon launch I got a Force Close message.
Need it to run SpeakToIt Virtual Assistant

this one works for me with hyperdroid.
It works, but only if your location is supported.
I think it only allows english speaking countries to download.
