Remove email account from Social Hub only? - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 General

I swear this is my last question tonight.
How do I remove an email account from ONLY the 'Social Hub'? I still want the account to sync and show up in the Email application.
I removed the account from the account list in the Social Hub and of course that entirely removed it from the phone.
I'm starting to think this whole social hub thing is crap.

Two gmail accounts and paid market apps help?

Hi,
I have a gmail account which I used to purchase apps, plus I have my domain calendar/mail hosted with gmail with a seperate login. I wanted to use my domain login to sync email and calendar but use my gmail address account to access the market paid apps. Is this possible? I thought of signing in as my domain account so everything syncs, then add a seperate gmail login in the hopes that this is the account the paid apps would use.
thanks

Click to collapse
Use your domain login as your main account. When you try to purchase an app on the Market, it will advise that you need to a non-Apps for Domains account to actually go through Google Checkout and prompt you accordingly.

Dave
Thanks Dave, your awesome
Actually just realized this works for purchasing apps, but when an upgrade is released you can't see it. In fact, you can't see anything that you purchased
Are you looking the correct place? Your purchased apps are in "Downloads" in the Market, and it shows there if updates are available.

Maybe I need to complete the purchase before the email address I entered registered. I willl try that
thanks

I must be really dumb as I cannot get Social Hub to do anything worth while. I have Twitter, Facebook and my Google account set up but all it ever shows me are my SMS messages. Not a clue what I am supposed t do.

How to use MotoBlur or Getting my Social Media right

So I am liking my Atrix. But I dont understand MotoBlur Accounts.
I am coming from my N1. Do you have to set up the syncing through MotoBlur Accounts to get the contacts syncing in Facebook, it is not present in the App.
Also, Twitter shows up under other Accounts but Facebook does not when you put your user/pass in the app itself.
I guess I just need an explanation on how Accounts work with MotoBlur.

Help with push email

Hey guys,
I set up my gmail on the samsung client via social hub. However, in settings I don't see an option for PUSH, I just see options for email check frequency. How do I go about setting up push mail?
Thanks!
Use the GMail application on the Galaxy, once you set that up your GMail account will appear in the Social Hub app.
I did.
This is what I did when I got phone on Friday.
1) Set up gmail through gmail app.
2) Add gmail to social hub (i think it was done automatically) which gave option for push
3) Deleted gmail from social hub (gmail app unaffected)
4) Readded gmail through social hub and now... no push option.
Well for now I just have social hub checking for email every 5 min.

AT&T email added automatically

AT&T: Somehow, logging on to my gmail/google account caused a duplicate email account to be created in the email app. So it was checking email in addition to gmail app doing it. If you use gmail, may want to check and make sure yours is not doing the same and wasting battery.
