As the title says I have tried many rom on my htc hd2 NAND but I could not make work the wireless router or far from the native third party applications.
I also use the android rom SD and savings if I could use the wifi router with wifi teather.
Now I've tried many rom NAND and I could not make it work I have tested with various kernel and I have not been able to solve the problem.

Which ROM are you using? Many sense 3 and 3.5 ROMs have issues with wifi hotspot

thanks for replying if I want to sense rom 3.0 or 3.5
but I tried with several roms including:
- Desire HD 3.06.405.1 - Sense Android 3.0-2.3.5 [v1.4.1)
- MwakiousRUNNINGrom ® REBUILD1.2
- Runny RCMix3D v4.0 [Official Runnymede Sense 3.5]
- Energy ™ -.¸¸.·'¯ Sense 3.0 Desire
I also tried several kernel to try to resolve the problem but I have not succeeded.
But now my question if multiple sense rom have that problem I use this: SS V7.0 Transformer MccMBoxmaX Android 2.3.3
So far I have not had problems since using wifi teather and it's going great.
So I decided to use a NAND ROM?

Like I said many sense 3 ROM's have a problem with native wifi tethering and a select few of them work with third party applications such as barnicle or wifi tethering(open garden)
know which rom works with wifi teather sense?

sense roms have it, non sense roms don't, is my understanding, and that would fit nicely with your list.
Yes, I believe you are right... but sense ROMs tend to be much slower. I wanted a sense ROM without sense!
The closest thing I've been able to find with the ADE is MarkinuX HD Extra Clean which is working pretty well.
Can someone recommend an OC'd kernel for this thing? Can I just load tytung's? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10429937&postcount=3 ... it it OC'd by default?
So, the ADE thing is part of Sense, or can it be added to non-sense ROM?

Sense is a framework that requires alot of work to be ported into a rom, it's unlike other launchers which is in apk form and can be installed. So the only way to have a sense rom is to make a sense rom available to your device not make sense available on a rom...
i´ve read that ilmika portedt a rom with sense for hd2 based on gingerbread, but there is a bug that camera doesn´t work.
is it possible to take the kernel from typhoons rom and would this fix the cam issue?

I have install this rom [SD.Magldr] isaiah12345 v3.2 200 that is very cool and also still has the HTC widgets (friends stream calendar and etc.) something that other roms like AmeriCanAndroid AOSP HD2 GB234 CM71 are missing it.
On this rom [SD.Magldr] isaiah12345 v3.2 200 I cannot have data connection 3g or wifi it just does not login I think...
Any ideas?

alot of sd roms for me never worked every well or were stable i just decided to go with nand and i love it (just try other rom)

After two years of Windows Mobile and Android tried to SD, I would like to take the plunge and install it directly to the ROM.
What I mainly use of WM:
GPS Navigator (I would use Android in sygic)
Sync Outlook calendar
Wi-Fi Router
Surfing the Internet on the PC via USB cable
Phone functions (call / sms / mms)
Can you recommend a stable version of Android? And also could you tell me what should I install on windows Vista to sync the outlook calendar?

Pretty much any of them.
For sync, if you use a sense rom htcsync will do it, if a non sense rom, try myphoneexplorer

Most roms threads have a "working/not working" list, you must always read the first few posts in any rom thread you are interested in.
I would personally suggest using Hyperdroid. I have been using it for over a year now and it has never failed me. In my opinion, this rom is the fastest and most stable.
But that's just my opinion.

For T-Mobile (US) HD2. I'm looking for GingerBread (not Froyo) SENSE (2 or 3 or 3.5) ROM which has everything working, including camcorder. No lags, no glitches and fast/smooth. Does it exist ? I tried some of them
My problem is that some 3.5 ROMS are great (Energy, carl1961), but very slow for me. AOSP ROMs (e.g tytung's) are speedy, but not having ability to link accounts together sucks and overall UI is not as nice. ICS ROMs are full of bugs yet.
So I'm looking for GB Sense ROM now. Any ideas ?
i tried every sense rom on this forum..and the only one that work's everything is rcmix3d but not the latest version..for me it's version 4.0.2

No, there is no good GB Sense ROM. Only things that work are CM7 and MIUI.
All Sense ginger roms have camcorder issue.
edit- actually Arkatis 2.1 ginger rom works great.
also dungphps sense 2.1 roms work great as well.

Hy, I have the eu version of HD2. I see a lot of roms with sense 3.5
if I never use the camera i Have some other problems? like hotspot,wifi,3G,battery drain?
Actually i use a CM 7.2 dorimanx based rom. There isn't a rom with sense 3.5 that work greatly like this?
They're all laggy
