Hi everyone,
I have installed android 2.2 from Google Source on my HTC HD MINI.
I'm testing a solution to increase the battery life.
My battery meter has been down from 100% to 80% in about 10 hours.
I will inform the latest news soon... Goodluck

Hello.I'm using MotoMyouch4G Ver. 0.4,Radio 2.10.50.28...and currentwidget shows in standby 16-20 mA all the time.I have off GPS,WI-FI and I'm using also Tips&Tricks from Android section.I have the same problem in other rom's like MDJ FroYo HD v.4.6 etc.I don't have any idea how to fix the battery drain problem.Sorry for my english.
i have the same problem too. it's almost always higher than 10 mA.
Hi all,
Is it just me or is every rom(WP7, Android tytung GB/ICS & gbLeo) I tried have bad battery life?
25% of battery life down after 30 minutes with 3g on.
no,its just android sucking juice out of battery as quickly as possible.
android is crap on battery life, and has crap radio software that is a big step BACKWARD from winmo 6ยท5.even with big 2800 mah muggen battery i am lucky now to get 5 hours out of mine due to me using three network and their signal here is awful if i run phone on orange i get 8-9 hours use.

Hey bud I don't experience these issues with most roms. Our HD2 sense 3.5 Rom has amazing battery life. It is the T3D sense 3.5 Rom by sundawg who is our developer. I get around 36 hours normal use. I also use juice defender and swear by it. But by all means I have tried many other roms without that issue.

If 3G sucks in the first place, you can force Android to use only 2G. Since especially the automatic switching back and forth between both in a spot with bad reception seems to drain battery.
And I can second the assessment that Juice Defender is a good idea to keep the battery drain minimal.
Hi guys!! While most of us are keen to keep running the latest android versions on 'The King', our HD2, just wondering if your views are similar to mine with the battery drain on most Jelly Bean ROMs as compared to ICS and Gingerbread ROMs.
Please share your experiences and benchmarks for the maximum battery life you've got with a particular Jelly Bean ROM...
Battery drain on JB was marginally higher than ICS/GB for me. However, in standby on NexusHD2 I got 7 days 9 hours (well, a bit more) of battery life with literally no usage (highest drain was Mobile Standby)
seems like the WIFI is the biggest drain on my HD2 (see the ROM I'm running below)
also BT hangs occasionally and turns the phone into a hot coal and the battery will die within an hour.
For my experience with NexusHD2 I can said I had amazing battery life after the first flash, after that I did a mess with my rom and I had to reflash the rom, never had the battery life like the first time, after flashing and flashing again the battery brain fast but all in the same time. I think the installation is very important in this part.
Hi guys
I had this pretty amazing phone xolo q700 from 2nd June 2013,now it's a good phone but I had to replace my battery in January 2014 (it swelled)
now it is my understanding that many people are having problems with this battery (my new battery is swelling again )
this is within 5 month of usage (I purchased a new battery in 22 January 2014 and noticed the swelling of my battery at 16thmay 2014 )
I urge all users of xolo Q700 /Q700i who have been having problems with their batteries, please post the life cycle of your battery (accurate dates would be very good, but a general monthly idea will do too)
That way we can have a reference of our battery life, and users who are planning on buying this baby can have a reference too for what to expect from a default battery and purchased /replaced battery
Also any suggestions to increase the battery life (not duration in hours to reach from 100% - 1%) will be very much welcome
I have purchased my phone on 09th of november.. And no such battery swelling problem is there with my battery.. And it is giving quite good backup of more then a day even today, I just do moderate whatsapp, play one two small games.. I am currently on Lite rom
