If your rooted with clockwork installed it will fail. U have to go back to stock and then it should install no problem

No it won't. If you have ONLY installed CWM and the su binary OTA's apply fine.
If you have changed ANY file that the OTA does an assert on to patch it will fail. Most OTAs do not assert recovery.

It is out. The OTA will take a few weeks to hit every imei. If you don't want to wait you can grab the appropriate incremental update based on your build or the full rom.

There are plenty of 2.3.4 roms available on the developer sub-forum. If you're looking for stock only rom, checkout dusters: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1065392

What should I do to not get the OTA?

I wanna keep lte, and I have no issues with 4.2.1
Because once the ota comes the stupid notification doesn't go away
Should I root? I heard if you're rooted you don't get the OTA

If you don't have stock ROM or Kernal the update should fail - I think.
Just ignore the request to update once it comes into your phone.

you just need to reinstall the old modem once you updated to get LTE back

Honestly, it should come up naturally..If it doesn't work, you can always download the stock image from Google site and flash it manually.. Just search for the name efrant in this forum, you'll get what you seek

Pretty sure you only get the update on stock rom. Are you sure the update isn't from PA?
Nope, i checked the Settings in System updates and got a message about 4.3 system update.
