Hi guys, i've a SE X8, and i'm from argentina, so i have an american kernel (E15a), and i would like to give a try to LinuxDX or the Cyanogen Kernel, but i'm a bit worried, because those kernels are for e15i/x8i, and not for x8a, or i'm wrong? Should i take the risk? I've been loocking on different threads, but i couldn't find nothing about this. Thank You!

Just flash 015 baseband and it should be ok

wtf why should they work on floyo, when there is a minicm and i think that racht is working on cm7 at the moment, and if you want froyo try minicm
use minicm. floyo stopped.

Wow!! nice petition dude how about u helped racht fixing the prob? the dev also have their own life and developed rom in their free time..wtf forcing a dev to completed what they've do it for free
Can i flash 0.15 baseband when i am using floyo right now or i must restore my stock 2.1 by xrecovery? And then use pcc?

since ratch released floyo on 6 march, there no update or fix bug yet, but it was almost everything works,right.
MiniCm is currently the best 2.2.1 ROM. Dont weast your time on Froyo. No updated...

There are no such ROMs. I mean, all of them will work on 006 baseband, but app2sd and other features will not work.
So why it keep rebooting after se logo? Every rom is like this except floyo 0.15 ...

just update your phone using seus,root again and you can install any rom available for x8..
But i need to root then xrecovery then i can have ale roms ?

Some ROMs include my modules. All of my modules require latest baseband, if not it will reboot the phone.
Your reboots are most likely caused by my modules. You can still use baseband 006 if you delete all /system/lib/modules/x8*.ko right after you restore/install ROM in xRecovery.
Why do you want such ROMs?

Why would you use baseband 006? It's incompatible with most roms...Flash with 015 and everything will work just fine
hi guys can i have the link for stock kernel for x8? Please Because i need it cuz i have linuxdx flashed on my phone i will want to go back to stock kernel without updating my phone by SEUS and do everything again ... Thanks

I am using GingerDX highly customized by me. But you should Try XGIN ROm(2.3.7 and xperia mini styled)

Hi, I'm new with my x10 currently installed my second rom and FeraKernel GB v3.6. Ano ba gamit nyo ngaun..

Buti may mga Pinoy din dito! Guys need your help. After rooting my x10i it can't read or recognize my sim card. Tried doing hard reset, flashing other ROMs and even using SEUS but still no avail. Hope you can help me guys. Thanks in adavance =)

just one question mga tol.. stable ba tlga ang cm10 sa x10? i flashed lots of roms but never tried cynanogen.. for the reason that may mga hndi kse "working".. and if cm10 is really a good one, which version is the best and which kernel to used. and so on etc. atbp.!

Try using cmx10 v5.1 by scritch007..plain cm10.. no tweaks and added custom features.. one problem is the battery drain.. but it is faster than all gb roms that i tried.. use latest kernel of amin or fera jb kernel.. for battery drain try to search for some jb batt tweaks and also try to set your cpu and io scheduler depending on your taste.. i use 460 mhz as my max cpu and it doesnt lag.. also battery consumption is good now...
