Getting a nexus s 4g

Hello all I have a samsung epic and will be getting a nexus s 4g. I just wantedto introduce my self and say hello to all and hope to learn from all you like I did from a lot of guys on the epic forum. I did have one question tho. Does the nexus play good with Mac? Or is it like the epic to where heimdal won't recognize the phone.? I hope u guys welcome me with open arms and can't wait to hop on this awesome divice. Thanks.

What's up guys! Esteway, you will learn a whole new way to root install recovery etc. Once you get cwm on board just go about flashing as normal. Shabbypenguin made a one click root to make it easier but its almost too easy
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk
I just made the same switch and am happy with the phone. Rooting is a bit trickier at first but fastboot is quite cool and easy to use. Read the rooting instructions carefully.... I scared myself a few times. You won't need odin or heimdall anymore.

Sweet! I just hope they can get the 4g working... I've played with cm but have never stayed on it for any length of time due to not having 4g. I need my 4g, use it way to much not to have it.

Yeah, we all saw your post in the ubuntu image release thread. We're glad your both ignorant and pessimistic. This is a developer preview. Do you have any idea what that means? I would consider this pre-alpha... Not that you would understand. Keep your ignorant rants to yourself we don't want to hear them and you definitely don't need your own thread for it.
