I have some problems about these Rempuzzle and WildPuzzleROM_v0.8(new) ROMS. Thai Language is unable to read in these two roms. Moreover, I found that the older version of WildPuzzleROM_v0.8 is able to do that. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? I would like to use these very much because, now, I am using WildPuzzleROM_v0.8(old) with appreciation.

I bought an HTC Magic a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday I got it. But then I realized that it only has english language. I know english but I speak spanish, I have read a lot of topics but haven't found a way to put spanish into the rom (with dictionary included).
So, my question is if there is an original HTC Magic Rom with spanish language included that I can install (I know how to root and everything), I don't need a modded rom (with apps and other stuff), I'm only looking for a way to instal the original rom but multilanguage if it's possible.

Flash a ROM.
Several customs ROM ports nowadays are multilingual...whether it's the keyboard characters, or the displayed TEXT and settings on the screen; developers have done it. You just need to find the right one.
Trust me, in fact...I have a ROM flashed on my G1 now, a HERO port from JACxHEROski that right from the get-go allows you to alter the language settings prior to continuing to setup the device. That's almost standard with most well built ROMS.
I know, but I'm looking for a rom with no customization if it's possible.
I like the customized roms, but I prefer to have one with no modifications if it's possible. But I'm unable to find one

This is my first ever post to this forum and I am new to WinMo. I installed the ROM update (ver 1.66) from HTC (with Arabic support). It went perfectly. Then as suggested in installation instructions, I installed Arabic localization. This made me upset as it changed everything into Arabic. I actually wanted to install multilingual capabilities that is retaining English as the main phone language plus additional support to read/write Arabic.
However, as suggested in the installation instructions, I have managed to recall English as the main phone language. However, a lot of things for example several main icons have changed into Arabic and there seem no way to revert.
I tried reinstalling the ROM update that reverts everything but does not enable Arabic.
My post may seem unorganized as I am new to WinMo world. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Waiting for some expert advice.

Yes I did exactly the same. But this converts everything into Arabic. Is there any way to prevent to start phone in English instead of Arabic after Arabic localization. Or, is there any way I can revert the Icon names in English after localization.

i had the same problem. i was told to upload the newer rom version 1.66.707
but another problem came up and i cant download the upgrade from the htc site that requests another SN. they say that this rom doesnt work on my phone. did u find a solution for your problem. please help

The Energy Rom or If it is PDAVIET v14 has China in regional.
Not sure what Rom it was I flashed it a few days ago.
Try both 1 of them will have it!

Is there any specific reason to want this rom, or you just didn't search to find the rom I mentioned above?
If you just want to have froyo with htc's home screen search for the above rom(froyosense the name).
Because this rom isn't the chinese version, but european version...
So, you say that this rom haven't chinese language support?
Maybe it isn't activated. Have you tried morelocale2 to activate chinese?
If you cannot activate them, it's better to contact with the author of this rom to ask him to include them.
No he means that this is the official european version and not a leaked chinese.

as inestain said the above ROM is made from chinese RUU, which has bugs not solved and the developers has kind of stopped developing it any more.

Although i could solve gps localisation it still needs more fixing like hw button leds and root issue etc.
And i think there are few permission issues as well.

Hi, my parents recently purchased a T Mobile MyTouch 4g and I was surprised that they didn't include the Chinese display package in there, only English and Spanish. Is there a way for me to add Chinese Display onto the 4g? I'm sorry if there's already been a thread on this, I did a few searches and couldnt find it and I'm at work now so I cant spend my entire time browsing through this forum. Try the miui rom from thederekjay. Look for it in the android development thread. Go with version 1.5.20 as v1.5.27 is a bit buggy. I have had no problems with 1.5.20. Miui rom's come from China and has an user interface that people say is similar to the iphone. I like it alot and it has options for traditional and simplified Chinese. I checked already to make sure. Hopes this helps!
