Gingerbread ROM with stock theme?

I see a bunch of custom Gingerbread ROMs in the development forum. However they all force you to use a custom theme that makes I find difficult to use.
Is there a Gingerbread ROM that keeps the stock TouchWiz and the stock theme?
I have long held the belief that themes should be developed separately from ROMs, but most developers appear not to have similar inclinations.

[REQUEST]Full ICS/JB UI for CM7

Hello fellow themers.
Just wondering if anyone would be able to create a full ics or jb theme for cm7? Including a full ics/jb ui.(status bar, lockscreen, notifications, etc...)

Why don't you just flash one the ICS builds (hephappy's or neko's rom) they are very stable .

I've just visited galaxy W theme and apps forum and I saw a thread about s3 theme for GB ROM. It's really cool and give a good feeling of galaxy s3, although it just a theme
Can anyone make a similar theme for our galaxy Y.
I wanna make one for our Y but I don't know how to make a theme. I hope someone could make one because I know not only me love s3's UI but also other guys so it would be great if there is a s3 theme for our Y

Well, it would have been a lot easier to build the theme if the stock rom of Galaxy Y looked more like the Galaxy SII/W/Ace 2/Ace Plus/Beam/Mini 2 's stock rom
I think this will do the trick
JellyBean transitions + Modified Holo Launcher + Custom Icons + Deodexed Rom/Any Custom Rom/USSR 8 (JellyBean Look alike)

Yes, that's it, I've changed every things from launcher to animation to make my rom have the breath of s3
I use the icon pack provided above
Replace touchwiz launcher by adw launcher modded by me, I just change its icon and its all apps icon
But my ROM still lack of ics setting of s3 and touchwiz sttbar looked like s3's
Can anyone make one? Or just provide a guide, I will make it myself

Maybe you can try jellyblast rom and flash the s3 theme available here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1939669
Or you can try creeds rom 3.5 from development section. It is using s3 theme already.

Can we port Galaxy Chat OS status bar to our galaxy Y?

Could someone post MIUI systemui.apk that compatible with stock rom?

I dont think it'll be compatible with stock rom....might work with cm7...
And why port it when we can theme our systemui to match it....
Bte miui has different version and each has a bit different statusbar....which version's status bar do u want?

Theme chooser

I've seen on both Jasmin 2.+ and the new alliance rom a native theme chooser. Where or which themes can we get to show up on that app?
