This question is perfectly suitable for this section.
Fully wipe you data and flash the ROM again. Backup if necessary. It could also be a hardware problem so you could preferably take it to the store and ask them for help, (but downgrade to default ROM if needed). Did you have this problem when you had the default ROM.

I'm having this problem too! On Stock, everything was fine and on SwiftDroid, it's too less

I also have quiet recordings in RC4. I don't think this is hardware related because on A2.1 it was ok and harware didn't change

The record volume on my device is enough to understand dialogues
I didn't see any noticeable changes when upgrading from Official 2.1 to Swiftdroid.

[Q] X10, need advise if I need new ROM or not to flash player

Hi, I bought the x10 a month ago and I would like to operate a Flash Player, if anyone could advise me if I have to install the android 2.2 or later, or is there a way to work on 2.1. If so, what I need, if not, how do I select a ROM to upload, because I see that there are several on this forum. If I have to upload the new ROM, then please tell me what stops me working. I heard that the camera stops working. Please advice

You need to move to 2.2 or uper ver for using flash player.
yes, there are so many ROM...but i think Z's rom is better....not sure....plz check under dev section....
Hi cyberghost if you want to have a flash support on your device you need to upgrade to 2.2 but there is no working hd recording on 2.2 beta4, but video illusion works but not in hd. Its up to you to decide flash with no hd recording or just stay on stock rom of s.e.
Couldn't some of the improvements found in 2.2+, like flash, be made to work on 2.1? I know that some of the things 2.2 were already made to work on 2.1, such as voice search and multi updates from the market.

I'm assuming you installed the Android 2.2 (FroYo) On HTC [03 Sep 2010] (V1.6) cab, which is easy to install but more than half a year old already. If that's the build you installed you can help yourself by reading the Known Issues segment in the first post.
EDIT: I see you also posted in the Touch HD ROM Development section that the camera 'broke' after flashing an Energy ROM...

Thanks for response sir. Actually i'm new in HD. First i install Android on HD and then i continue with new energy rom. While finished, i test the camera, it suddenly not working. I don't know which one the problem, is it while i install the android or the Energy room?. Now, i turn it back to this room "hTC_Asia_WWE_1.18.707.3_Radio_52.49a.25.26_1.09.25.14_Ship" and it shows blank screen (black) if i open the camera. After capture a message comes "Unable to capture photo. Unable to get frame data from camera device".
Any solutions please .. .Is it my mainborad broken? i bought this phone for video call purpose..

If you flashed back shipped ROM and it's still not working it must be a hardware fault. Flash back stock SPL if you have HSPL flashed and send your phone for warranty repair.

Please tell us the build details.
Which system image you're using, kernel version (date, version) rootfs version, etc...
Thanks for regarding our problem, 'aarrgghh'...here the details:
When I start some cam app, the viewfinder gets a picture that's like a chess board and, upon that, a grey square keeps passing for one side to another. At others app's, I receive a message saying that the app couldn't star the camera...

x10i in-call volume

hi guys, i knows there posts regarding this but they dont seem to be goin anywhere, i replaced my speaker today on x10i thinking it would fix the issue but now its worse than before , and i aint stripping it down to put the old one back in, so now i know its deffo software related..
also im looking for information on .csv files
theres a file called audiopara.csv which i read can be edited to give louder volume, does anyone know how to do this???
also would it help if i upgraded to 2.2 or 2.3 just now?? can anyone recommend a good rom for it???
or will i have to just wait.....
thanks in advance guys
.
hello mate, the in-call volume is fixed with the custom kernel:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1112745
if you wanna change the stock rom i sugest the erick´s 2.1 rom if you care about the camera.
if you don´t, wolfbreak´s 2.2 and trip´s rom are very good, and you can also try android 2.3 with j´s rom
i hope this helps.
Hey guys did anybody found a solution for in-call volume on our new 2.3.3 GB ? I saw the custom kernel thread but that doesn't work on stock GB.Could someone came with a solution for this ?

Friends, I am looking and wanted to put android 4.4 on my htc hd2 kitkat ...
until arrangement have version 4.0.4 which gives up to spending ...
works well ... is stable ...
but when I turn on the GPS NDrive is whether the IGO if the bluetooth connected no sound ...
I turn off the bluetooth GPS works well ...
I've seen and reviewed the settings of GPS and Android and nothing ...
because friend? the reason friends?
thank you all
Hello and welcome,
You seem to be new here, let me be your guide.
First of all, Android 4.4 is not released yet, so you can't have it on your HD2 device. And even when it is released, that does not guarantee that the HD2 will get it.
Secondly, this has nothing to do with SD development. Development forums are only for posting stuff you made/contributed to. Questions and problems should go to the HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and General section. And please don't double thread, if you have two questions just ask them in the one thread.
Last but not least, you did not provide us with any information about your device. Without information, we can't help you. Type everything about the device then we might be able to help you.
Enjoy your stay here and have fun.

Okay, this is going to be difficult. By "device information" I meant what ROM do you have? Don't say Android 4.0.4, tell us the exact name of the ROM or give us a LINK. I don't use bluetooth so I don't know, all I can do is to suggest you to search within the ROM's thread.

without removing the merit to anyone this magnificent forum posts was this video that helped me put android on my htc hd2 ...
through this video is that the friend can tell you what the reason my gps have the problem they have?
thank you
Unfortunately, I don't use bluetooth so I don't know if there's a problem with that particular ROM. Search the term "bluetooth" here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1434860 and see if you find any hits.
Android kitkat 4.4 doesn't work yet with HTC HD2
I've try Android kitkat 4.4 onto my HTC HD2 for about (3 weeks ago) but doesn't work. So i've put other rom onto my phone called by name; <NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.2_V3.zip> onto my Kingston SDcard 16 GB and run these Android 4.3 firmware (now for 2 weeks) onto my HTC HD2 without fails and also even faster then ever before (other Android roms) and also look a like that wifisignal also been stronger then for years ago...
I'll still waiting when Android kitkat 4.4 is compatible with my HTC HD2 but i'll found a Android 4.3 firmware onto my internetbrowser <http://android.hd2roms.com/all-builds/> and this works super! There's no app or something else whats going to crashed...
I like my almost 3 1/2 years old (crazy ****ing machine called by name) HTC HD2...:victory::cyclops::good:

Hello there.
The Androidversion 4.0.4 is not even the kitkat 4.4 and also the romversions Android 4.0.4 till 4.2.2 is not even a kitkat,
but i've running now for almost twoo weeks the Androidversion 4.3 and still this is not even a kitkat, but a cyanmogen (CM) 10.2 and
these latest <http://android.hd2roms.com/all-builds/> romversion works very good and fine with HTC HD2 and is very fast and stable.
This rom download (see above these line) is for free, but be patient when you started upload Androidversion 4.3, because it cost about time 30 minutes when everything is ready.
It's about 15 minutes for uploading .zip rom from SDcard and after when phone started automatically (after .zip rom installed) cost again 15 minutes when .zip rom run into screen (*light blue circle/turning around like a mirror clock* with inside wroten words *Cyanmogen*,also wroten in color light blue) and these circle with Cyanmogen inside shall run about 10 minutes after screen going over to uploading apps after 5 or even more minutes ready and your HTC HD2 shall run after finish to adjust phone first time...
Wanna need more turtorial (How to change/upload HTC HD2 Android version 2.2.1 till 4.2.2 into Android version 4.3)...
I shall layout step by step what to do, and it's very simple to upload the Android version 4.3
Friendly greetings, Bertussie
