You're going to brick your tab if you keep on in the direction you're heading.
Here's the thread to get you back to 3.1, then you can root and flash a pre-rooted 3.2

Hey guys,
I'm currently rooted on 3.0.1 stock ROM, and would like to update to 3.2.1 stock ROM rooted. I found a few links but don't know if I need to be on 3.1 version or later. Can someone help out and find me a stock 3.2.1 HC ROM? Thanks for the help.
**Also looked into settings for system update and I get a message saying my device is up to date, so I can't update to 3.2.1 through OTA.**

Trying it out now. Thanks. I'll get back later and report how it goes.
EDIT:
Thanks it worked! Was very easy. But is there anyway to root 3.2.1? Because I noticed it's not rooted. Can I get a link please? Thanks.
That should have rooted it

So just to be clear, I can have an US version Transformer and I will be able to install the TW firmware without any problems? Right now I'm rooted with Revolver rom and I don't want to go through all of these steps and get to the end and realize the TW firmware won't take. Thanks.
Will this work coming from a WW based firmware though ?

No, you need the TW firmware for the ICS TW to work.
Only Nachoroot works? Razorclaw isn't?

Yup that plan should work. A ww tf101 will not catch the OTA update but will do a sdupdate

Update: Nachoroot is a no go for me. Luckily, I have a B50 model. Wonder if I can root this puppy via APX mode. Are there any root methods available for .21?

Nachoroot works for all HC versions afaik.
Is a factory reset required? And I'm assuming flashing back to US firmware works fine

Someone posted earlier in this thread that that method was patched. Of course, I found this out after I installed the TW firmware.

Hello,
I have a custom 3.2.1 ROM (so i have CWM) and i'm trying to revert to stock 3.1/3.2/3.2.1 for an easier upgrade path to ICS (via OTA) but all the links to the update.zip's are dead. Does anyone have a working link, and if not, can anyone tell me how to update to ICS from where i'm at?
Thanks!
