Hello everyone,
I have a Newlink Bluetooth dongle and i have a problem with it:
i have downloaded the driver from his home page and instaled but windows force to put it's own.
Q: how can I put his driver instead of windows one?
thanks and best regards
the drivers have to be of a newer date to work after xp sp2
i got some newer ones from belkin i could use but if all you need is
sync then you can just use the ms ones
Thanks
Could you give a link with a new driver? I have XP with the latest updates and SP installed on my PC. Where can I find that driver?
regards
I'm using a Mobidata USB EDGE Modem for my internet connection. It's based of the Siemens MC75 chip. Working fine with XP SP2. But, I am getting ready to upgrade to Vista 32-bit in a few days. I have heard that some people are having trouble with USB modems on Vista. Does anyone know where I can get VISTA drivers for my Mobidata Modem, or how I can use the current drivers I have. The manufacturer is a 3rd party Chinese company, and they don't seem to have anything for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
many usb devices use generic drivers from the os and dont rely on 3th party drivers

Doesn't seem to be. :-(
There's a driver in another XDA thread that worked for me, in case anyone else needs one. I'm unable to post a link (new user here) but do a forum search for the title below and it's the first hit:
Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device Driver
From what I can tell, Vista/Win7 users may not need a driver at all. cheers
Hey guys and girls!
I'm currently getting into android development and i need a shell on my pc for testing, i planed to do it using adb.
unfortunately adb doesn't recognize my android htc touch hd (running neopeek),
so i need these drivers:
"CDC Abstract Control Model (ACM)"
"CDC ACM Data"
and "XDA"
in the FAQ you state that debugging is possible over usb.
to cut things short:
can anyone give me a hint where i can find those drivers without downloading demo versions or cracked crap?
thanks!

Hi. I have the same on my Blackstone and Android. Any solution?
Android USB drivers
All users who have HTC HD aka Blackstone, have the same problem with USB Driver.
I look for two days and nothing found, maybe someone will find these drivers,
and share with as, I HOPE THAT !
You guys know Android is Google, right?
The Google USB driver is a downloadable component for Windows developers, available for download from the AVD and SDK Manager.
If you install the Google USB Driver are you be able to have access to the SD Card or is it only for USB Debug?

Yes, unfortunately -
The Google USB Driver is only for Android Developer Phones (ADP), Nexus One, and Nexus S. If you're using a different Android-powered device, then you need to get a USB driver from the device OEM.

Our Blackstone isn't one of them.
What you need is a driver from HTC.
I had the same problem when i got into developing for my blackstone.
You can find the driver here:
HTC Sync Drivers 32 Bit
HTC Sync Drivers 64 Bit
Works in Win7 and XP.

Hello,
at the moment I'm using my HD2 with Cyanogen Mod JB. But i want to use USB Host to control my camera. I found this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21716864
But it says that ICS is needed. So my question: Is there a way to use USB Host with a newer CM Version. Or alternatively, are there any USB Host Ready Roms?
Thanks
