[Q] Bluetooth Audio is too low - Milestone 2 General

Hi,
Bluetooth phone call on my milestone is too low.
Audio volume on wired headset is accettable, but is too low on BT headset.
Is there a way to make BT phone call muck louder?
I Have Milestone 2 stock Froyo 2.2.2, rooted.
Thanks

Have you tryed increaing audio on phone? Because I think BT audio volume normally isn't presented in sound settings.

Try Volume Ace from market, it can ajust every volume of your phone.
Open it and click the phone icon, then a bluetooth icon will appear.

Hi and thanks for suggesrion.
BT volume is louder than possible on the phone, you can setup during a call.
And in Volume ace all volume is at maximum, but BT volume is too low. I think in this case something like an hack is needed.
Thanks

Try a DSP Manager and put the preamp in MAX, or maybe the problem is just with the headphone...

Can you adjust volume on the device? I got nokia bh505 headset and it's very loud and clear on my miui ms2.

Try putting all the frequencies on a higher volume.
Are you sure the headphone works fine on other cellphones?

Hi Headset works fine on other phone.
Also plaing music is low volume, but i use a Acustic Isolated Headset and music volume is accettable. Seems all volume is low, except for speaker.
Installing that software, speaker stop to work and call volume is too low on speaker phone and BT headset stop to work. I had to restore a Nandroid Backup to restore functionality.

[Q] Headset and ringer volume

I am using the wired headset provided with the wildfire a lot.
I have noticed that when it is connected to the phone the ringer volume coming out of the devices speaker is lowering.
Is there a way to prevent that behavior?
Thank you

Hmm.. I tried on mine but didn't notice any lowering. Check if you accidentally enabled the lift to mute function, it could be a.possible reason. Hope it helps.

I just tried it again without the lift to mute function and I am positive that the rigntone volume is lowering. Maybe the headset is draining power or something because the sound comes out the headset aswell.
Thanks for the reply.

Shouldn't be that much of a power drain.. and it sounds loud and clear on mine.. in both the earpiece and the phone itself.. how weird.

Yep, same problem. I'm hoping there is a fix even if it requires rooting. Otherwise I'll have to go back to froyo. All sound levels including phone calls have a reduced volume.
They are app in market that make volume founder work on DROIDX 2.3.3 it is volume + I hope that's helps

The only difference in volume I've found is with BT headset (stereo). The new GB DX switches Media Volume to 5/15 when BT headset is connected, regardless of what it was set to prior. Very annoying.
There's a dsp manager in the apex 2.0 beta. You can change volume settings with that
All the sound booster software I've seen in the marketplace, none seem to have the ability to boost the voice cal volume.

Try the apex 2.0 beta. The dsp manager works well

Music Speaker Volume

Hi all
I would like to know if some software can make the speaker more louder or maybe some manipulations in advanced system setting.
Thanks
P.S:forgive me for my bad english
PowerAmp has an equalizer preset made just for phone speakers. It gives some punch. I don't know of any modification on the system that increases the volume, and I advice you to not mess with it =P
Rocking with my M2 and XDA app
Arff,i already have PowerAMP with this preset but the sound is not much louder with it.
The alarm volume dont wake up me compare to my old n95
Thanks to you
If someone have any idea for increase volume, let me know
There are some apps, but saddly doesnt work with milestone 2, louder volume hack and Volume+, i dont know if there is an app that works with our m2, or some kind of hack. I really need this, the speaker volume is very low :S

Low headset volume

Hi, i am using wildfire with cm7 installed on it. I have a little problem- headset volume is really low. Yes, i have tried to push volume up, and it is on maximum. Tried different headset- same. Phone speaker is really loud. I can`t say when this happened because i got my headset only on this week(borrowed to sister).
I am looking for solution, can anyone help?
check the media volume in settings. else buy a good in ear like sony mdr ex85. or try equalizer app, volume+ app etc. mine is so loud. i use sonys in ear.

Checked every volume levels which i can found. If it helps to now how quiet it is, if i level volume down to about level 5, it is almost unhearable.
One more question. Coud it be hardware problem? I don`t know, if phone is using the same amplifier circuit to headphones and phone speaker.
Thanks.
I had the same problem a couple of months ago, so I bought Volume Boost. You can try it for free first, and there are a few other software options I haven't tried. Volume Boost works OK for me.
Go to Android Market (sorry, I can't give you the direct link here, since it's not allowed).

Thanks, it makes it a bit louder(i can listen to it now) but still silent.
dude you have done something wrong. also i think that earphone and speakers do not share same hardware.

So thats hardware problem? If so, probably new phone will be cheaper.

Low volume on car bluetooth

When i connect my iphone 5c to my car, music plays so loud with 13 volume. But my z3c to have the same level of loudness in my car is at 23 volume level. So sometimes when i switch to radio, the loudness gives me heart attack because usually in radio with 13 vol level is quite loud.
The temp fix is i have to never forget lowering the volume down before i switch to radio. Pretty annoying. Any idea?

Increase the bluetooth volume on your phone when it's connected?
Whenever mine connects its default is like the lowest volume on the phone so I have to turn it up using the phone first. It's really annoying.

You never tried pressing the Volume rocker on your phone after it connected to your car stereo?

It's a safety measure for your hearing in case it was accidentally turned to max volume. A little inconvenience but not annoying for me. I use Bluetooth stereo headset.
Oh well i didnt check my phone's volume. Let me try it later when im back at my car. Thanks
