hi all, any idea how to root the docomo galaxy s?? SC-02b. root and need successfull unlock. pls help!!!
Im in australia and i have the optus lte version of the galaxy s4, the i9507 and was curious as to whether there was a root available and whether a root for the i9505 would work ?

there is a root for the gt-i9507- just use the root for the i9505 it works
Im a pretty much a noob at flashing ROMs, but i did manage once before on an old galaxy s2.
Now i recieved the Galaxy S4 and i rooted it succesfully...
Now i found the rom i have but i need to know if my phone is AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or whatever
the hec it else can be....
Can anyone help me how to find out this information?
Im from denmark and i bought my phone in denmark, if that helps anything at all.....

Most basic thing you can do is check the preinstalled apps usally installed by the carrier

You can also go to Settings > More > About Device and check the Model number.

I badly want to root my Samsung Galaxy S4 NTT DoCoMo SC-04E but I don't know how. I have seen steps on how to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 but will it do for my model? And if ever I have rooted it, will all roms work for me? I just want to remove the bloatwares and unnecessary applications. Thanks
I just got an s4 SGH-1337m as a replacement phone running 5.0.2 out of the box and have yet to find a root method for it. Could anyone enlighten me on how I might do this? Everything I have found seems to be old or not compatable with Canadian models.
